超聲波輔助選擇性電沉積技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:選擇性電沉積技術(shù)可用于機(jī)械零件局部表面功能性涂層的制備,還可用于局部損失部位的尺寸恢復(fù),該技術(shù)具有沉積電流密度大、沉積速度快的特點(diǎn),但同時(shí)存在沉積層殘余應(yīng)力大、易產(chǎn)生裂紋、質(zhì)量不均勻等不足。將超聲波引入選擇性電沉積可減小沉積層的內(nèi)應(yīng)力,提高沉積層的硬度和耐腐蝕性能,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械零件局部高性能涂層的制備及小型精密件的快速成形。介紹了浸沒式超聲輔助選擇性電沉積、超聲輔助噴射電沉積以及工件振動(dòng)式超聲輔助噴射電沉積等超聲波在選擇性電沉積技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用方式,重點(diǎn)介紹了超聲波對(duì)鍍層表面形貌、相結(jié)構(gòu)、硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蝕性等的影響,探討了超聲空化、熱效應(yīng)和機(jī)械效應(yīng)等超聲波影響選擇性電沉積的機(jī)理,并指出了超聲波輔助選擇性電沉積技術(shù)存在的問題及發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Selective electrodeposition technology can be used to prepare functional coatings on the local surface of mechanical parts and to recover the size of local loss areas. The technology has the characteristics of high deposition current density and high deposition speed. But at the same time, the residual stress of the deposit is large, it is easy to produce cracks, the quality is not uniform and so on. The ultrasonic selective electrodeposition can reduce the internal stress of the deposit, and improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of the deposit. The preparation of local high performance coatings for mechanical parts and the rapid prototyping of small precision parts are realized. The immersion ultrasonic assisted selective electrodeposition is introduced. Ultrasonic assisted spray electrodeposition and workpiece vibration ultrasonic assisted spray electrodeposition are applied in selective electrodeposition. The surface morphology, phase structure, hardness, wear resistance of the coating are introduced in detail. The effects of ultrasonic cavitation, thermal effect and mechanical effect on selective electrodeposition are discussed. The problems and development trend of ultrasonic assisted selective electrodeposition are pointed out.
