鈦基合金中氬的分析探討及應用

【摘要】:應用脈沖熔融-質(zhì)譜/熱導法定量分析鈦基合金樣中氬含量,同時分析了氬釋放和氬的宏觀偏析。結(jié)果表明:不同的制備工藝控制,氬含量差異較大;氬含量的增高未影響氧、氮、氫含量的明顯變化,可用于指導工藝;樣品中氬在低溫釋放,以非化合態(tài)形式存在。采用飛行時間二次離子質(zhì)譜儀觀察了樣品中氬的微觀狀態(tài),利用力學儀器對比考察了含氬1 000μg/g和1μg/g以下樣品在室溫、650℃及800℃下的拉伸性能。結(jié)果表明:鈦基粉末冶金材料中氬質(zhì)量分數(shù)可以高達0.0X%,氬在試驗樣中宏觀偏析不嚴重,100μm×100μm區(qū)域的微觀偏析嚴重。氬以非化合態(tài)單質(zhì)存在于鈦基合金內(nèi)部,形成孔隙類缺陷,對該材料的力學性能產(chǎn)生不良影響。
[Abstract]:The argon content in titanium alloy samples was analyzed by pulsed melt mass spectrometry / thermal conductivity method. The results showed that the argon content was different with the control of different preparation process, and the increase of argon content had no effect on oxygen. The apparent change of nitrogen and hydrogen content can be used to guide the process. The argon in the sample is released at low temperature and exists in the form of non-combined state. The microscopic state of argon in the sample is observed by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer.
