過盈聯(lián)接零件裝配的力-位移在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:在機(jī)械裝配過程中,零件之間采用過盈聯(lián)接的方式到處可見,因此過盈聯(lián)接是僅次于螺紋聯(lián)接的常用聯(lián)接方式。過盈聯(lián)接配合的實(shí)現(xiàn)基本上采用壓裝的方式,而壓裝質(zhì)量的好壞對(duì)其后續(xù)使用有著重要的影響。當(dāng)前,對(duì)于過盈聯(lián)接壓裝后質(zhì)量的判定還存在著一些不足,導(dǎo)致其判斷的準(zhǔn)確性并沒有達(dá)到理想的水平,出現(xiàn)較多的誤判斷。本篇論文通過對(duì)壓裝質(zhì)量判斷現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析后,提出了一種基于壓裝力-位移曲線的優(yōu)化判斷原則,并且基于虛擬儀器LabVIEW軟件開發(fā)了由工控機(jī)作為上位機(jī)的在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),進(jìn)一步提高了對(duì)于壓裝合件判斷的準(zhǔn)確性,同時(shí)對(duì)于上一道零件加工工序的改進(jìn)也可以起到參考和引導(dǎo)作用。首先,本文通過研究國(guó)內(nèi)外過盈聯(lián)接技術(shù),在理論上對(duì)于壓裝力和壓裝位移之間的關(guān)系做了分析,并且針對(duì)實(shí)際情況中會(huì)出現(xiàn)的滿足泰勒原則的錐度孔的壓裝情況,進(jìn)行了理論上的分析,并且確定出錐度孔壓裝的合格與否的判據(jù)。其次,根據(jù)理論上的分析研究,提出滿足要求的壓裝力-位移曲線判斷原則,并且對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的一些結(jié)果情況進(jìn)行了分析和說明。并提出對(duì)理論壓裝力-位移曲線的修正方法,使之更符合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際。然后,對(duì)在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的控制策略進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并且通過理論計(jì)算,得出了控制策略參數(shù)的選擇依據(jù),并且對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。最后,在對(duì)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行搭建后,通過以虛擬儀器LabVIEW作為開發(fā)平臺(tái),圍繞上位機(jī)的各個(gè)控制界面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),使之對(duì)壓裝過程與質(zhì)量監(jiān)控智能化。該論文的完成既依賴一定的理論基礎(chǔ),又有控制理論的研討和控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性,對(duì)壓裝判斷技術(shù)是完善與補(bǔ)充,具有一定的重要意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of mechanical assembly, interference connection is widely used among parts, so interference joint is second only to thread connection. At present, there are still some shortcomings in judging the quality of interference connection after pressing, which results in the accuracy of its judgment not up to the ideal level. After analyzing the present situation of the quality judgment of pressure-loading, this paper puts forward an optimal judgment principle based on pressure-displacement curve. And based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW software, an on-line monitoring system is developed, which is used by the industrial control computer as the upper computer, which further improves the accuracy of judging the pressure-assembly assembly. At the same time, it can also play a reference and guidance role for the improvement of the previous part processing procedure. Firstly, this paper analyzes the relationship between the pressure and the pressure displacement in theory by studying the interference connection technology at home and abroad. And in view of the actual situation of the taper hole which meets the Taylor principle, the theoretical analysis is carried out, and the criterion of whether the taper hole is fit or not is determined. Secondly, according to the theoretical analysis, The principle of judging the pressure-displacement curve which meets the requirements is put forward, and some possible results are analyzed and explained. The correction method of the theoretical pressure-displacement curve is put forward to make it more in line with the production practice. The control strategy of on-line monitoring system is analyzed and studied, and through theoretical calculation, the selection basis of control strategy parameters is obtained, and the design principle of monitoring system is elaborated in detail. After the test system is built, by using the virtual instrument LabVIEW as the development platform, the control interface of the host computer is designed and developed. The completion of this paper not only depends on certain theoretical foundation, but also has the research of control theory and the design of control system. Has certain significance.
