【摘要】：冷卻套筒后部法蘭是燃燒器的重要組成部件,焊后尺寸精度要求極高,其母材為鎳基耐熱鋼高溫合金(Hastelloy X),由上下弧板及椎板組成,上下弧板與椎板角度分別成30°、150°,鎳基耐熱鋼高溫合金焊接變形的控制遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于普通耐熱鋼。焊后角度尺寸精度很難保證,對(duì)后續(xù)裝配帶來(lái)很大困難,對(duì)該種結(jié)構(gòu)焊接進(jìn)行深入變形控制研究有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。從焊接變形的領(lǐng)域,介紹了焊接夾具的設(shè)計(jì),制定了合理的焊接工藝,對(duì)公司以后批量生產(chǎn)G50燃燒器提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:The cooling sleeve flange is an important part of the burner, after welding, precision high, the base material for nickel based high temperature alloy heat-resistant steel (Hastelloy X), composed of upper and lower arc plate and lamina, upper and lower arc plate and lamina angle respectively at 30 DEG, 150 DEG, nickel based high temperature alloy steel control of welding deformation is much higher than ordinary steel. It is difficult to ensure the accuracy of angle size after welding, and bring great difficulties to the subsequent assembly, the in-depth research on deformation control of welding structure has certain application value. From the welding deformation field, this paper introduces the welding fixture design, reasonable welding process has been formulated to provide technical support for the company after the batch production of the G50 burner.
