多孔質(zhì)電極的深孔電火花加工性能

【摘要】:通過(guò)制備符合電火花加工要求的多孔質(zhì)電極并搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)多孔質(zhì)電極在深孔條件下的電火花加工性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究.結(jié)果表明,在工件上表面加工較淺的型腔時(shí),多孔質(zhì)電極與實(shí)體電極的材料去除率相差不大;而在工件上表面加工深孔時(shí),多孔質(zhì)電極能夠以不抬刀的方式進(jìn)行加工,使其加工效率得到提高,且加工速度不受加工深度的影響;對(duì)于較大深度的半封閉復(fù)雜型面加工,采用多孔質(zhì)電極不僅能夠提高其粗加工效率,而且可以利用沖液以避免碳柱的產(chǎn)生.
[Abstract]:Through the preparation of porous electrode with electric spark processing requirements and set up the experimental system, the porous electrode in deep hole under the condition of EDM performance were studied. The results show that the cavity on the workpiece surface shallow, porous electrode and solid electrode material removal rate difference not on the surface of workpiece; deep hole machining, porous electrode can be processed to knife the way, so that the processing efficiency is improved, and the processing speed is not affected by the depth of processing; for larger depth of semi closed complex surface machining, the porous electrode can not only improve the rough machining the efficiency, but also can use the washing liquid to avoid carbon column.
