變質(zhì)和鑄造工藝對(duì)Al-20Si合金初生Si組織的影響

【摘要】:研究了鑄造工藝和變質(zhì)處理對(duì)Al-20Si合金中初生Si組織的影響。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡以及Image Pro金相分析軟件,對(duì)經(jīng)過不同鑄造工藝和變質(zhì)處理的過共晶Al-Si合金組織進(jìn)行了觀察、分析和計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,控制澆注溫度、鑄型溫度以及變質(zhì)劑加入量可細(xì)化初生Si顆粒,且變質(zhì)劑細(xì)化初生Si顆粒的效果遠(yuǎn)大于澆注溫度、鑄型溫度;當(dāng)澆注溫度為760℃或鑄型溫度為200℃時(shí),凝固組織中的初生Si顆粒尺寸小于90μm,而磷鹽變質(zhì)劑加入量為0.8%或Cu-14P中間合金加入量為0.4%時(shí),初生Si顆粒尺寸小于20μm。
[Abstract]:The effect of casting process and modification on the microstructure of primary Si in Al-20Si alloy was studied. The microstructure of hypereutectic Al-Si alloy after different casting process and modification was observed by optical microscope and Image Pro metallographic analysis software. The results show that the primary Si particles can be refined by controlling the pouring temperature, mold temperature and the amount of modifier, and the effect of the modifier on refining primary Si particles is much higher than that of pouring temperature and mold temperature.
