曼尼希堿季銨鹽J-01的合成及其對P110鋼的緩蝕性能研究

【摘要】:為探討高溫濃酸下曼尼希堿類緩蝕劑對油套管鋼的腐蝕行為,以甲醛、苯乙酮、苯甲胺、氯化芐為原料,通過正交試驗法優(yōu)選合成一種曼尼希堿季銨鹽緩蝕劑J-01。采用紅外光譜對合成物進行結(jié)構(gòu)表征,利用靜態(tài)失重法、電化學法研究了其在20%鹽酸腐蝕環(huán)境下對P110鋼的緩蝕性能及吸附行為,并結(jié)合掃描電子顯微鏡測定了其在P110鋼表面的腐蝕形貌特征。結(jié)果表明:當n(氯化芐)∶n(曼尼希堿中間體)=0.8∶1,反應溫度為110℃,反應時間為6h時,J-01具有最好的緩蝕性能;在模擬油田腐蝕環(huán)境下,曼尼希堿季銨鹽濃度、溫度、鹽酸含量對P110鋼緩蝕性能影響顯著,在20%鹽酸中,腐蝕溫度為130℃,緩蝕劑加量為0.5%時,緩蝕效率仍達到90%以上;曼尼希堿季銨鹽屬于混合型緩蝕劑,緩蝕機理主要來自曼尼希堿季銨鹽分子在金屬表面的吸附成膜;該緩蝕劑可在金屬表面形成均勻致密的保護膜,隨緩蝕劑濃度的提高,緩蝕性能增強。
[Abstract]:In order to study the corrosion behavior of mannitine corrosion inhibitor on oil casing steel under high temperature concentrated acid, formaldehyde, acetophenone, benzyl chloride and benzyl chloride were used as raw materials. An inhibitor J-01of mannitine quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized by orthogonal test. The structure of the compound was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the structure was characterized by static weightlessness method. The corrosion inhibition and adsorption behavior of P110 steel under 20% hydrochloric acid corrosion environment were studied by electrochemical method.
