地腳螺栓蠕變松弛對大型數(shù)控機床幾何精度衰退的影響

【摘要】:針對大型數(shù)控機床地腳螺栓蠕變松弛的問題,建立了分布式螺栓預緊力和蠕變力的計算模型及螺栓順序預緊和室溫蠕變的模擬模型。計算模型中考慮了螺栓常溫蠕變特征和螺栓孔單元間的彈性交互作用,量化分析時利用了模擬模型,以揭示蠕變松弛對機床幾何精度衰退的影響規(guī)律。結合20℃環(huán)境溫度下拉拔實驗獲得了8.8級T型地腳螺栓的3個蠕變系數(shù),再經(jīng)9 000h蠕變模擬得到的地腳螺栓預緊力松弛比約為14.8%,床身導軌安裝面直線度和平行度的相對衰退量分別為4.3μm和2.8μm。該結果表明,所建模型對大型數(shù)控機床基礎件的螺栓預緊優(yōu)化和幾何精度保持能力的提升具有指導意義。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of creep relaxation of anchor bolts in large NC machine tools, The calculation model of pretightening force and creep force of distributed bolts and the simulation model of bolt preload and room temperature creep are established. The creep characteristics of bolts at room temperature and the elastic interaction between bolt holes are taken into account in the calculation model.
