【摘要】：虛實(shí)結(jié)合的X-Y數(shù)控實(shí)訓(xùn)平臺由接口電路板和運(yùn)行在計(jì)算機(jī)上的虛擬設(shè)備構(gòu)成。采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,基于UDP協(xié)議進(jìn)行上下位機(jī)的通信。接口電路板以STM32F103C8RBT6為控制核心作為下位機(jī),完成脈沖檢測、繼電器輸出、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信等功能;虛擬機(jī)基于C#開發(fā),完成高速數(shù)據(jù)交換,界面有動畫效果的電機(jī)、絲杠、工作臺、限位傳感器等虛擬組建構(gòu)成。上下位機(jī)虛實(shí)結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)接口電路板引出端子的電氣特性完全等效真實(shí)的X-Y工作臺驅(qū)動接口的電氣特性。
[Abstract]:The X-Y NC training platform with virtual reality is composed of interface circuit board and virtual equipment running on computer. The communication between upper and lower computers is carried out by using network connection and UDP protocol. The interface circuit board takes STM32F103C8RBT6 as the control core as the lower computer. Complete pulse detection, relay output, network communication and other functions. Virtual machine based on C # development, complete high-speed data exchange, interface animation effect of the motor, lead screw, workbench, The virtual structure of the limit sensor and the virtual combination of the upper and lower computer can realize the electrical characteristics of the interface circuit board eliciting the terminal completely equivalent to the real electrical characteristics of the driving interface of the X-Y worktable.
