【摘要】：建立一個分析模型來描述Si-As合金在測得的界面速率范圍內(nèi)的凝固過程。分析表明:在低界面速率下,凝固發(fā)生在初始瞬態(tài)。因考慮了在高界面速率下的局部非平衡效應(yīng)和在低界面速率下的穩(wěn)態(tài)效應(yīng),這個模型與實驗數(shù)據(jù)吻合較好。局部非平衡擴散效應(yīng)縮小了初始瞬態(tài)過程,并導(dǎo)致了高界面速率下的無擴散凝固。
[Abstract]:An analytical model was established to describe the solidification process of Si-As alloy in the range of measured interfacial rate. The local nonequilibrium effect at high interface rate and the steady state effect at low interface rate are taken into account, and the model is in good agreement with the experimental data. The local non-equilibrium diffusion effect reduces the initial transient process. It also leads to non diffusion solidification at high interfacial rate.
