退火工藝對(duì)高強(qiáng)IF鋼組織織構(gòu)和性能的影響

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)度IF鋼是一種在IF鋼中添加P、Si、Mn等固溶強(qiáng)化元素后獲得的高強(qiáng)度汽車(chē)鋼板品種,屬于具備深沖性能的高強(qiáng)鋼。這是一種典型的兼具良好的成形性和較高的強(qiáng)度的新型汽車(chē)用鋼,是一種理想的汽車(chē)用鋼,同時(shí)也是現(xiàn)在應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種汽車(chē)板材材料。由于高強(qiáng)IF鋼具有特殊的性能,所以高強(qiáng)IF鋼的研究開(kāi)發(fā),對(duì)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)提倡的節(jié)約能源,保護(hù)環(huán)境具有十分重要的意義。本文以攀鋼生產(chǎn)的型號(hào)為P210P1以及P250P1兩種高強(qiáng)度IF鋼熱軋鋼板為試驗(yàn)材料,重點(diǎn)研究了冷軋壓下率和退火工藝(退火溫度、保溫時(shí)間)對(duì)高強(qiáng)IF鋼組織織構(gòu)和性能的影響。先在攀鋼冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室對(duì)試驗(yàn)鋼進(jìn)行55%、65%、75%和85%四種不同冷軋壓下率的冷軋?jiān)囼?yàn),再將IF鋼制成退火試樣。然后在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中進(jìn)行六個(gè)不同退火溫度(780℃、800℃、820℃、840℃、860℃、880℃),四個(gè)不同保溫時(shí)間(30S、60S、90S、120S)的鹽浴爐模擬連續(xù)退火試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)研究冷軋壓下率以及退火工藝兩個(gè)因素對(duì)高強(qiáng)IF鋼顯微組織、織構(gòu)還有綜合力學(xué)性能的影響程度,以此來(lái)確定其最佳冷軋壓下率和退火溫度范圍。顯微組織研究表明:退火再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸隨著冷軋壓下率的增大變得更加細(xì)小,分布均勻,從不規(guī)則形狀逐漸成為等軸狀晶粒。而晶粒尺寸隨著退火溫度的增加在增大,且晶粒形狀有從餅狀變?yōu)榈容S狀的趨勢(shì)。保溫時(shí)間對(duì)再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸的影響并不明顯。力學(xué)性能測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:冷軋壓下率的增加,有利于提高高強(qiáng)IF鋼的強(qiáng)度和深沖性能。退火溫度的提高雖然使試驗(yàn)鋼的強(qiáng)度有所降低,但對(duì)提高IF鋼r值,提升高強(qiáng)IF鋼深沖性能是絕對(duì)有利的。當(dāng)冷軋壓下率為75%~85%,退火溫度為860℃附近時(shí),高強(qiáng)IF鋼達(dá)到較好的強(qiáng)塑性匹配,具有良好的綜合力學(xué)性能。織構(gòu)研究表明:高強(qiáng)IF鋼冷軋板的首要織構(gòu)組分有{112}110、{111}110、{111}112還有{001}110等,γ取向線(xiàn)上{111}112織構(gòu)是退火后再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)的主要強(qiáng)點(diǎn)。表明適當(dāng)提高退火溫度,有利于IF鋼再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)的改善,從而獲得良好的深沖性能。以上研究?jī)?nèi)容,可以在一定程度上指導(dǎo)高強(qiáng)IF鋼的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:High strength if steel is a kind of high strength automobile steel sheet, which is obtained by adding solid solution strengthening elements such as Pu Si Si mn into if steel.
