鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊熔池三維自由表面特征參數(shù)的激光視覺(jué)測(cè)量

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊熔池三維自由表面測(cè)量方法難以應(yīng)用于強(qiáng)弧光、高溫輻射、液態(tài)金屬表面鏡面反射等問(wèn)題,提出一種激光視覺(jué)測(cè)量法.利用小功率點(diǎn)或線陣模式結(jié)構(gòu)激光照射覆蓋整個(gè)熔池表面,采用高速攝像機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)采集經(jīng)熔池液態(tài)金屬表面反射畸變的激光圖像.設(shè)計(jì)圖像處理算法提取成像激光點(diǎn)位置坐標(biāo),建立與投射激光點(diǎn)位置坐標(biāo)的空間轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)學(xué)模型,離線獲得熔池三維自由表面的幾何特征參數(shù)值,對(duì)比實(shí)測(cè)凝固熔池表面對(duì)應(yīng)參數(shù)值發(fā)現(xiàn),所提取的幾何特征參數(shù)值與實(shí)測(cè)值吻合較好,熔寬、長(zhǎng)度和凸度誤差分別為0.8%、0.6%和4.7%,證明激光視覺(jué)法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)熔池自由表面三維信息的動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量,為采用幾何特征參數(shù)調(diào)整熔池自由表面形貌變化控制焊縫成形及缺陷提供一種新方法.
[Abstract]:The existing measurement methods of tungsten inert gas shielded weld pool 3D free surface are difficult to be used in high arc radiation, high temperature radiation, mirror reflection of liquid metal surface, etc. A laser vision measurement method is proposed in which the surface of the whole molten pool is irradiated by a laser beam with a low power point or a linear array structure. Laser images with reflection distortion on molten metal surface were collected by high speed camera in real time. The image processing algorithm was designed to extract the position coordinates of imaging laser points, and to establish a mathematical model of spatial transformation between laser point position coordinates and projection laser point position coordinates. The geometric characteristic parameters of the three dimensional free surface of the molten pool are obtained off-line. Compared with the measured values of the corresponding parameters of the solidified molten pool surface, it is found that the extracted geometric characteristic parameters are in good agreement with the measured values, and the melting width is good. The error of length and convexity are 0.8% and 4.7% respectively. It is proved that the laser vision method can realize the dynamic measurement of 3D information on the free surface of the molten pool. It provides a new method for controlling weld formation and defects by adjusting the free surface morphology of weld pool by geometric characteristic parameters.
