鎳基高溫合金K4169熔敷金屬間化合物CrFeNb熔合區(qū)微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:采用氬弧熔敷的方法在鎳基高溫合金K4169表面熔敷高溫金屬間化合物Cr Fe Nb.利用掃描電鏡(SEM)和能譜分析(EDS)及X射線衍射(XRD)分析研究熔合區(qū)的微觀組織特征及成分分布.結(jié)果表明,在K4169與高溫金屬間化合物之間形成了約42μm厚度的熔合區(qū);熔合區(qū)無(wú)氣孔、裂紋等缺陷,基材與熔敷金屬材料呈冶金結(jié)合.根據(jù)能譜分析和X射線分析發(fā)現(xiàn)熔合區(qū)由γ,γ',Fe2Nb和Cr Fe Nb相組成,這些相以細(xì)小的基材組織、白色塊狀組織及菊花狀組織形式存在;聯(lián)生方式結(jié)晶和高熔點(diǎn)Cr Fe Nb相形核使熔敷金屬材料Cr Fe Nb與基材K4169呈現(xiàn)嵌套結(jié)構(gòu).
[Abstract]:The high temperature intermetallic compound Cr Fe NB was deposited on the surface of nickel-based superalloy K4169 by argon arc deposition. The microstructure and composition distribution of the fusion zone were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). A fusion zone about 42 渭 m thick was formed between K4169 and high temperature intermetallics. According to the energy spectrum analysis and X-ray analysis, the fusion zone is composed of 緯, 緯 -Nb Fe 2Nb and Cr Fe NB phase. These phases exist in the form of fine substrate structure, white block structure and chrysanthemum structure. Combined crystallization and high melting point Cr Fe NB nucleation make the deposited metal material Cr Fe NB and substrate K4169 have nested structure.
