等離子重疊熔敷對Fe-Cr-C-Ti涂層性能的影響

【摘要】:由于材料的磨損性能與其組織關(guān)系密切,因此重疊熔敷涂層的制備方法對涂層磨損性能也有著重要影響.在前期試驗基礎(chǔ)上制得等離子一層、二層和三層重疊熔敷涂層,采用SEM等觀察了重疊熔敷涂層的顯微組織和磨損形貌,用半自動顯微硬度計進行硬度測試,用磨損試驗機測試計算了涂層的摩擦系數(shù),并通過比較3種重疊熔敷涂層的組織和磨損性能,探討了重疊熔敷工藝對涂層磨損性能的影響,以指導(dǎo)涂層的制備工藝.結(jié)果表明,隨著重疊熔敷層數(shù)的增加,涂層摩擦系數(shù)降低,耐磨性能和載荷特性顯著提高.
[Abstract]:Because the wear properties of the materials are closely related to their microstructure, the preparation method of the overlapped cladding coating also has an important influence on the wear properties of the coatings. On the basis of previous experiments, plasma one layer, two layers and three layers of overlapping cladding coatings have been prepared. The microstructure and wear morphology of the overlay coating were observed by SEM, the hardness was measured by semi-automatic microhardness tester, and the friction coefficient of the coating was calculated by wear testing machine. By comparing the microstructure and wear properties of three kinds of overlapped cladding coatings, the effects of overlapped cladding process on the wear properties of the coatings were discussed in order to guide the preparation process of the coatings. The results showed that with the increase of the number of overlapped cladding layers, The friction coefficient of the coating is reduced, and the wear resistance and load characteristics are improved significantly.
