TiAlN涂層的退除對(duì)高速鋼基體界面性能的影響

【摘要】:本論文采用化學(xué)方法退除高速鋼(HSS)基體上的硬質(zhì)涂層。采用金相顯微鏡和光電子能譜(XPS)分析了HSS基體涂覆涂層前和退除涂層后表面形貌和成分變化。發(fā)現(xiàn)鍍有Ti Al N涂層的HSS在35℃,1.52 mol葡萄酸鈉(GA)、30 mol 30%H_2O_2、0.45 mol三聚磷酸鈉(STPP)、13 mol Na OH組成的堿性退鍍液中反應(yīng)80 min后,Ti Al N系涂層能被退除掉,且HSS基體表面光亮。通過(guò)對(duì)退鍍后基體表面XPS定性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),基體表面Ti、Al元素含量為零,涂層退除干凈,溶液對(duì)基體腐蝕很小。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the hard coatings on high speed steel (HSS) substrates were removed by chemical method. The surface morphology and composition changes before and after coating on HSS substrates were analyzed by metallographic microscope and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The HSS of Al-N coating can be removed by reaction of 80 min in the alkaline retreating bath composed of H _ 2O _ 2 and 0.45 mol sodium tripolyphosphate at 35 鈩,
