TP110TS油管鋼在酸性氣田環(huán)境中的應(yīng)力腐蝕行為研究

【摘要】:目的研究TP110TS油管鋼在酸性氣田環(huán)境中的應(yīng)力腐蝕開裂行為。方法通過模擬酸性氣田環(huán)境,采用動電位極化法、電化學(xué)阻抗法、電化學(xué)充氫、恒載荷浸泡試驗和慢應(yīng)變速率拉伸試驗等方法進行研究。結(jié)果在酸性氣田環(huán)境中,100℃時TP110TS鋼中的含氫量大幅度降低,氫脆作用減弱,導(dǎo)致其應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性低于60℃。TP110TS鋼在100℃的酸性氣田環(huán)境中,當(dāng)拉應(yīng)力超過70%σs時才表現(xiàn)出一定的應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性,表明該材料在實際使用過程中應(yīng)力水平應(yīng)保持在70%σs以下,但當(dāng)溫度降低到60℃,其安全應(yīng)力門檻值要降為50%σs。結(jié)論 TP110TS鋼在酸性氣田環(huán)境中的應(yīng)力腐蝕機制是陽極溶解與氫脆的混合機制。拉應(yīng)力的存在會縮短TP110TS鋼的耐腐蝕壽命,且拉應(yīng)力越大,耐腐蝕壽命越短。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the stress corrosion cracking behavior of TP110TS tubing steel in acid gas field. Methods by simulating the environment of acid gas field, the potentiodynamic polarization method, electrochemical impedance method and electrochemical hydrogen charging method were used. The methods of constant load immersion test and slow strain rate tensile test were studied. Results the hydrogen content and hydrogen embrittlement in TP110TS steel decreased significantly at 100 鈩,
