【摘要】：免酸洗技術(shù)是一種省略傳統(tǒng)酸洗工藝對熱軋帶鋼表面氧化鐵皮進(jìn)行處理的技術(shù)。該技術(shù)的氧化鐵皮主要以Fe3O4為主相,結(jié)構(gòu)致密緊湊,在后續(xù)深加工過程中與鋼板一起變形而不脫落,下游企業(yè)及用戶在使用時(shí)可不經(jīng)酸洗處理直接沖壓使用,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)免酸洗功能。本文主要研究了熱軋卷板(510L汽車大梁鋼)的氧化鐵皮存在形態(tài)、影響因素、形成機(jī)理等內(nèi)容。在氧化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型及FeO共析反應(yīng)等試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和模擬結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了二次工業(yè)性試制,成功開發(fā)出滿足汽車行業(yè)用戶要求的高級(jí)別510L免酸洗黑皮鋼。最終確定了加熱爐出爐溫度為1200℃,粗軋前除鱗壓力為190 bar,精軋前除鱗壓力為160bar,F7架精軋出口溫度為880℃,甩尾速度采用13m/s的“高溫、快軋”工藝路線。同時(shí),通過對兩次工業(yè)試制產(chǎn)品結(jié)果進(jìn)行性能檢測分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)能夠滿足510L鋼國標(biāo)要求及下游用戶的沖壓使用要求,且性能穩(wěn)定。在鋼板不經(jīng)過酸洗情況下直接沖壓成結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行使用,鋼板表面氧化鐵皮不脫落,表面質(zhì)量和性能指標(biāo)均滿足用戶要求,適合工業(yè)性生產(chǎn)和推廣使用。
[Abstract]:The no-acid pickling technology is a kind of technology which omits the traditional pickling technology to treat the surface oxidized iron sheet of hot rolled strip. The main phase of this technology is Fe3O4, the structure is compact and compact. In the subsequent deep processing process with steel plate deformation without falling off, downstream enterprises and users in the use of direct stamping without pickling treatment, In order to realize the function of no-pickling, this paper mainly studies the existing form of oxidized iron sheet and the influencing factors of hot rolled coiling plate (510L automobile beam steel). Based on the oxidation kinetic model, FeO eutectoid reaction and simulation results, the secondary industrial trial production was carried out.
