鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂層受風(fēng)沙沖蝕程度評價和相似性分析

【摘要】:針對內(nèi)蒙古中西部地區(qū)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系表面涂層長期遭受風(fēng)沙沖蝕這一現(xiàn)狀,采用氣流挾沙噴射法,對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂層受風(fēng)沙沖蝕磨損的程度進行了研究及分析;提出了評價涂層沖蝕磨損程度的計算方法,并應(yīng)用相似性理論將試驗結(jié)果與實際工況進行了對比分析.結(jié)果表明:涂層的沖蝕磨損質(zhì)量損失隨沖蝕速度的增加而增加;最大沖蝕磨損質(zhì)量損失出現(xiàn)在沖蝕角度為45°時,最小沖蝕磨損質(zhì)量損失出現(xiàn)在沖蝕角度為90°時;所提出的涂層沖蝕磨損程度評價公式計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果基本吻合;試驗條件為下沙率360g/min,沖蝕速度30m/s,沖蝕時間12min的涂層沖蝕磨損結(jié)果,相當于強沙塵暴密集區(qū)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂層受到5.05~83.0個月的沖蝕磨損.
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the surface coating of steel structure system has been eroded by wind and sand for a long time in the central and western region of Inner Mongolia, the degree of erosion and wear of the coating of steel structure by wind and sand erosion is studied and analyzed by means of airflow sand jet method. A calculation method to evaluate the erosion wear degree of coating is put forward, and the test results are compared with the actual working conditions by using similarity theory. The results show that the erosion wear mass loss of the coating increases with the increase of erosion velocity. The maximum erosion wear mass loss occurs when the erosion angle is 45 擄and the minimum erosion wear mass loss occurs when the erosion angle is 90 擄. The experimental conditions are as follows: the erosion rate is 360 g / min, the erosion rate is 30 m / s, and the erosion time is 12 min, which is equivalent to the erosion wear of steel structure coating in the area of strong dust storm concentration for 5.05 ~ 83.0 months.
