【摘要】：裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理是裝配型企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配現(xiàn)代化、信息化的一個(gè)重要組成部分。對(duì)于裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中設(shè)備、物料準(zhǔn)備的及時(shí)性、數(shù)字化信息獲取實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確性、裝配管理的高效性等影響著產(chǎn)品的裝配生產(chǎn)周期,制約著裝配生產(chǎn)效率。隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)于裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理系統(tǒng)的研究對(duì)于提高設(shè)備利用率、產(chǎn)品的制造質(zhì)量,節(jié)約產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本,增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等都有十分重要的意義。論文針對(duì)某裝配企業(yè)的裝配生產(chǎn)方式和特點(diǎn),分析了裝配型車間需求和裝配管理系統(tǒng)功能,對(duì)裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理系統(tǒng)的建模和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。首先,分析了論文研究背景及意義、裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理研究的分類、特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外裝配生產(chǎn)管理信息化研究成果,并介紹了論文研究的目的和意義,提出了對(duì)裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理的研究?jī)?nèi)容,接著分析應(yīng)用UG進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā)和UG輔助系統(tǒng)的工作流程及功能模塊建立UG輔助系統(tǒng)功能框架。其次,運(yùn)用MBD技術(shù),結(jié)合三維裝配模型,將三維模型設(shè)計(jì)信息與訂單信息關(guān)聯(lián)作為裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理系統(tǒng)工藝與訂單信息的讀取來(lái)源,有效保證裝配管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)源的的統(tǒng)一,提高數(shù)據(jù)可靠性和裝配生產(chǎn)效率。最后,針對(duì)某裝配企業(yè)分析現(xiàn)有的職能部門(mén)及裝配車間人員角色與裝配管理系統(tǒng)功能關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,設(shè)計(jì)出裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理系統(tǒng)包含的功能模塊和各功能模塊的業(yè)務(wù)信息及流程,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)與JAVA編程技術(shù)搭建出裝配管理系統(tǒng)功能框架實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理的信息化。
[Abstract]:Assembly production process management is an important part of assembly modernization and informatization in assembly enterprises. With the development of the Internet of things technology, the research of assembly production process management system can improve the equipment utilization rate and product manufacturing quality. It is very important to economize the production cost and enhance the competitiveness. According to the production mode and characteristics of an assembly enterprise, this paper analyzes the requirements of the assembly workshop and the function of the assembly management system. The modeling and application of assembly production process management system are studied. Firstly, the research background and significance of this paper, the classification, characteristics and current situation of assembly production process management are analyzed, and the research results of information technology of assembly production management at home and abroad are analyzed. The purpose and significance of this paper are introduced, and the research content of assembly production process management is put forward. Then, the secondary development of UG and the work flow and function module of UG auxiliary system are analyzed. Secondly, the functional framework of UG auxiliary system is established. Based on MBD technology and 3D assembly model, the association of 3D model design information and order information is used as the reading source of process and order information in assembly production process management system, which effectively ensures the unification of data source of assembly management system. Finally, according to the analysis of the existing functional departments and assembly workshop personnel role and assembly management system functional relationship, The functional modules and business information and process of each functional module are designed, and the functional framework of assembly management system is constructed by using database technology and JAVA programming technology to realize the informatization of assembly production process management.
