CuNi2SiCrAl耐熱銅合金的工藝及性能研究

【摘要】:介紹了在鎳硅銅合金基礎(chǔ)上加入鋁及微量鈹元素,以提高其耐高溫性能,制備的CuNi2SiCrAl合金經(jīng)20%冷變形再時(shí)效的綜合性能尤其是高溫性能優(yōu)于未冷變形時(shí)效的狀態(tài);經(jīng)920℃固溶+20%冷變形+(435~465)℃×6h處理后,具有優(yōu)良的常溫、高溫力學(xué)性能及抗高溫軟化性能,各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)接近CuCo2BeZr合金,遠(yuǎn)高于CuNi2SiCr合金。
