基于激光超聲的鋁合金攪拌摩擦焊典型缺陷檢測(cè)及分析

【摘要】:利用不同攪拌摩擦焊(FSW)工藝參數(shù)獲得2219鋁合金薄板根部未焊合、隧道孔兩種典型缺陷,對(duì)比X射線檢測(cè)結(jié)果,采用激光超聲對(duì)這兩種典型FSW缺陷進(jìn)行檢測(cè).從時(shí)域上對(duì)采樣信號(hào)峰值點(diǎn)及幅值進(jìn)行分析,并進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用PSD-welch功率譜法進(jìn)行頻域分析,提取頻域不同頻段的能量,結(jié)合時(shí)域最大幅值作為特征,利用支持向量機(jī)建模并訓(xùn)練,識(shí)別率達(dá)到85%.結(jié)果表明,基于激光超聲檢測(cè)的時(shí)、頻域特征能夠有效對(duì)鋁合金FSW兩種典型缺陷進(jìn)行分類識(shí)別,從而為鋁合金FSW缺陷檢測(cè)提供一種技術(shù)途徑.
[Abstract]:Two typical defects of 2219 aluminum alloy sheet were obtained by using different friction stir welding (FSW) process parameters. The results were compared with the results of X-ray examination. The two typical FSW defects are detected by laser ultrasound. The peak points and amplitudes of the sampled signals are analyzed from the time domain, and the frequency domain analysis is carried out by using the PSD-welch power spectrum method. The energy of different frequency bands in frequency domain is extracted, combined with the maximum value of time domain as the feature, the support vector machine is used to model and train, the recognition rate reaches 85%. The results show that the time based on laser ultrasonic detection. Frequency domain features can effectively identify two typical defects of aluminum alloy FSW, thus providing a technical approach for aluminum alloy FSW defect detection.
