智能EPS板材切割調(diào)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:可發(fā)性聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS),俗稱苯板、泡沫板,被廣泛地應(yīng)用于建筑裝修裝潢、道路施工、電影道具布景、包裝箱體等很多的領(lǐng)域,有著廣闊的市場(chǎng)需要和使用價(jià)值。目前針對(duì)EPS板材主要有三種不同的加工方式:第一種是手工切割,即采取絕緣措施后由工人手持電熱切割絲切割板材,切割的形狀和位置完全由人工決定,缺點(diǎn)是加工精度無(wú)法保證,加工效率極低且存在一定的安全隱患;第二種是機(jī)器簡(jiǎn)單切割,目前市場(chǎng)上也存在著一些EPS板材的造型設(shè)備,主要有片塊樣式切割設(shè)備、裝飾用線條類切割設(shè)備、仿照形狀類數(shù)控切割設(shè)備等,缺點(diǎn)是這些設(shè)備都只能對(duì)EPS板材進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的造型切割,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)成批量、流水線、智能化切割;使用效果更好的承插式EPS板材的生產(chǎn)主要采用的是注塑的方式,由于需要制作專門的模具,因此成本很高,生產(chǎn)效率不高,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)大范圍的推廣和使用。通過(guò)智能EPS板材切割調(diào)控系統(tǒng)和機(jī)械平臺(tái)的配合,(1)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于EPS板材的6面造型的切割;(2)接受PC機(jī)發(fā)出的指令,完成切割時(shí)電熱切割絲切割速度(位置)的數(shù)值控制,提高切割加工時(shí)切口表面的質(zhì)量和精度,完成燕尾類槽、鋸形類槽、梯形類槽等各種不同形狀和尺寸的槽的切割;實(shí)現(xiàn)歐式建筑檐線、腳線、羅馬柱體等異形體的切割;并把常用形體的切割數(shù)據(jù)固定化,便于成批量反復(fù)切割生產(chǎn);(3)實(shí)現(xiàn)電熱切割絲的溫度(電流)、張緊度和電熱切割絲的切割速度的合理匹配,完成溫度(電流)及速度的調(diào)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度、高效率、高質(zhì)量,低能耗、低成本、低廢品率的目標(biāo),最終達(dá)到承插式EPS板材流水線切割的要求。因此,針對(duì)EPS板材,進(jìn)而延伸到消失模的切割,研究出一套合理的智能切割調(diào)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)于促進(jìn)EPS板材切割技術(shù)的發(fā)展和相關(guān)行業(yè)的推廣應(yīng)用都有著十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過(guò)研究適用于電熱切割絲切割的智能切割調(diào)控系統(tǒng),并制造出相應(yīng)的機(jī)械應(yīng)用平臺(tái),論證系統(tǒng)的可行性與實(shí)用性,同時(shí)通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)因素的實(shí)驗(yàn),尋找影響切割效果的幾個(gè)因素之間的關(guān)系,為EPS板材的合理切割提供合適的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)論支撐。
[Abstract]:EPS, commonly known as benzene board, foam board, is widely used in many fields, such as decoration, road construction, film props setting, packaging box and so on. At present there are three different processing methods for EPS sheet: the first is manual cutting, that is, after taking insulation measures, the workers hold the electric heat cutting wire to cut the plate. The shape and position of the cutting are completely determined by manual, the shortcomings are that the machining precision can not be guaranteed, the machining efficiency is extremely low and there are certain safety risks. The second one is simple machine cutting. At present, there are some modeling equipment of EPS sheet in the market, mainly cutting equipment in block style, line cutting equipment for decoration, NC cutting equipment for copying shape class, and so on. The drawback is that these equipments can only cut EPS sheet simply, can not realize into batch, pipeline, intelligent cutting; The production of EPS plate with better effect is mainly by injection molding, because of the need to make special mold, so the cost is very high, the production efficiency is not high. It can not be popularized and used in a wide range. Through the intelligent EPS board cutting control system and the coordination of the mechanical platform, we can realize the EPS sheet 6-sided shape cutting; 2) accept the instruction of PC, complete the numerical control of cutting speed (position) of electrothermal cutting wire, improve the quality and precision of cutting surface, finish the groove of swallowtail and sawing. Trapezoidal grooves and other different shapes and sizes of slot cutting; To achieve the European building eaves, foot lines, Roman columns and other shaped body cutting; The cutting data of common objects are immobilized to facilitate the repeated cutting production in batches. The temperature (current, tension) and cutting speed of electrothermal cutting wire can be reasonably matched, and the adjustment of temperature (current) and speed can be completed, so as to achieve high precision, high efficiency and high quality. The goal of low energy consumption, low cost and low scrap rate is to meet the requirements of EPS board pipeline cutting. Therefore, for EPS plate, and then extend to EPC cutting. It is very important to study a reasonable intelligent cutting control system for promoting the development of EPS sheet cutting technology and the popularization and application of related industries. This paper is suitable for electrothermal cutting wire cutting. Intelligent cutting control system for cutting. And the corresponding mechanical application platform is made to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the system. At the same time, through the design of the experiment of related factors, the relationship between several factors that affect the cutting effect is found. Provide suitable experimental data and conclusion support for reasonable cutting of EPS sheet.
