【摘要】:采用堿液處理醫(yī)用鈦表面制備出微納米分級多孔結(jié)構(gòu)膜層,通過酸處理以及不同溫度熱處理對微納米分級多孔膜改性以提高其生物活性。利用SEM、EDS和XRD分析鈦表面微納米分級多孔膜的形貌、化學組成和物相組成,探討熱處理溫度對鈦表面微納米分級多孔膜結(jié)構(gòu)特征的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,當熱處理溫度低于750℃時,樣品表面的微納米分級多孔膜層形貌特征保持不變;當熱處理溫度為550℃時,鈦表面微納米分級多孔膜物相主要是結(jié)晶良好的銳鈦礦型二氧化鈦,具有良好的生物活性。
[Abstract]:The porous membrane was prepared by alkali treatment on the surface of medical titanium. The porous membrane was modified by acid treatment and heat treatment at different temperature to improve the biological activity of the membrane. SEM was used to improve the bioactivity of the membrane. EDS and XRD were used to analyze the morphology, chemical composition and phase composition of micro and nano graded porous films on titanium surface.
