管模間隙對21-6-9高強不銹鋼管數(shù)控繞彎成形質(zhì)量的影響

【摘要】:基于ABAQUS/Explicit有限元平臺,建立了21-6-9高強不銹鋼管數(shù)控繞彎成形過程的三維彈塑性有限元模型,并驗證了模型的可靠性.利用該模型研究了不同管模間隙對管材數(shù)控繞彎過程壁厚變化及截面畸變的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:增加管材-芯棒間隙、管材-防皺塊間隙或減小管材-壓塊間隙、管材-彎曲模間隙可以減小壁厚減薄率;減小管材-芯棒間隙或增加管材-壓塊間隙可以減小壁厚增厚率,而其他管模間隙對壁厚增厚率的影響不顯著;減小管材-壓塊間隙、管材-彎曲模間隙或增加管材-防皺塊間隙可以減小截面畸變率,而增加管材-芯棒間隙,截面畸變率呈現(xiàn)先減小后增加的變化規(guī)律;獲得了規(guī)格為Φ15.88mm×t0.84mm×R47.64mm的21-6-9高強不銹鋼彎管件較佳的管模間隙值.
[Abstract]:Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit finite element platform, a three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model of 21-6-9 high strength stainless steel tube is established. And the reliability of the model is verified. The influence of different pipe die clearance on the wall thickness change and section distortion during numerical control bending of pipe is studied. The results show that the tube-mandrel gap is increased. The gap between pipe and crinkle block or the gap between pipe and press block can be reduced, and the gap between pipe and bending die can reduce the thinning rate of wall thickness. Decrease of tube-mandrel clearance or increase of tube-block gap can reduce wall thickness thickening rate, while other die clearance has no significant effect on wall thickness increase rate. Reducing the gap between pipe and block, the gap between pipe and bending die or increasing the gap between pipe and wrinkle block can reduce the section distortion rate, but increase the gap between pipe and mandrel, the section distortion rate decreases first and then increases. The better clearance value of pipe die for 21-6-9 high strength stainless steel bending pipe with 桅 15.88mm 脳 t0.84mm 脳 R47.64mm was obtained.
