7B04鋁合金薄板的攪拌摩擦焊接及接頭低溫超塑性研究

【摘要】:在轉(zhuǎn)速1600 r/min,焊速200 mm/min;轉(zhuǎn)速800 r/min,焊速200 mm/min;轉(zhuǎn)速400 r/min,焊速400 mm/min 3組參數(shù)下對(duì)2 mm厚的退火態(tài)7B04鋁合金薄板進(jìn)行攪拌摩擦焊接,研究了焊接參數(shù)對(duì)焊縫質(zhì)量及微觀組織的影響,并分析了焊核區(qū)的低溫超塑性變形行為.結(jié)果表明,通過控制焊接參數(shù),可獲得良好的焊接質(zhì)量,接頭強(qiáng)度系數(shù)達(dá)100%.焊核區(qū)發(fā)生動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶,生成細(xì)小等軸晶,母材晶粒尺寸約為300μm,轉(zhuǎn)速為1600,800和400 r/min時(shí)晶粒尺寸分別為2,1和0.6μm.這種細(xì)晶組織有利于焊核區(qū)超塑變形,在300℃,焊核區(qū)在1×10~(-3_和3×10~(-4)s~(-1)應(yīng)變速率下獲得了160%~590%的延伸率,在350℃,1×10-3s-1條件下獲得高達(dá)790%的最大延伸率,在約400℃時(shí)超塑性變形行為消失.
[Abstract]:At 1600 r / min, the welding speed is 200 mm / min; Speed 800 rpm, welding speed 200mm / min; The annealed 7B04 aluminum alloy sheet with a thickness of 2 mm was welded by friction stir at the rotational speed of 400rmin and the welding speed of 400 mm/min. The influence of welding parameters on weld quality and microstructure was studied, and the low temperature superplastic deformation behavior of nugget zone was analyzed. The results show that good welding quality can be obtained by controlling welding parameters. The strength coefficient of the joint is up to 100. The dynamic recrystallization occurs in the nugget zone, resulting in the formation of fine equiaxed crystals. The grain size of the base metal is about 300 渭 m and the rotational speed is 1600.
