【摘要】:以Au-Cu系為例,介紹3項(xiàng)發(fā)現(xiàn)和2個(gè)方法。第一,建立全息合金定位設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)是推動(dòng)系統(tǒng)金屬材料科學(xué)和合金基因工程持續(xù)發(fā)展的新路徑。它的基地由材料測(cè)試和計(jì)算中心、系統(tǒng)金屬材料科學(xué)中心、合金基因工程中心、全息合金定位設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)信息中心和控制中心組成。第二,原子移動(dòng)的共振激活和同步交換機(jī)制具有2種形式:局域式和定向擴(kuò)散式。第三,平衡和亞平衡全息網(wǎng)格相圖是研究者發(fā)現(xiàn)、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用先進(jìn)合金的藍(lán)圖和可操作平臺(tái),它們分別由合金相的等溫Gibbs能線的平衡杠桿線數(shù)值法和亞平衡交點(diǎn)數(shù)值法獲得。點(diǎn)擊每一格點(diǎn)便可獲得設(shè)計(jì)合金的3個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次信息:組織的相的組成和分?jǐn)?shù),相的排列結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì);合金相的成分,合金基因排列結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì);合金基因的電子結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì)。它將開(kāi)創(chuàng)一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)先進(jìn)合金的新時(shí)代。
[Abstract]:Taking Au-Cu system as an example, three findings and two methods are introduced. The establishment of holographic alloy positioning design system is a new way to promote the sustainable development of system metal material science and alloy genetic engineering. Its base is material testing and computing center and system metal material science center. The alloy genetic engineering center, the information center and the control center of the holographic alloy positioning design system. Secondly, the resonant activation and synchronous exchange mechanism of atomic movement have two forms: local and directional diffusion. Equilibrium and sub-equilibrium holographic grid phase diagrams are blueprints and operable platforms for researchers to discover, design, produce and apply advanced alloys. They are obtained by the equilibrium lever line numerical method of the isothermal Gibbs energy line of the alloy phase and the numerical method of the sub-equilibrium intersection point, respectively. By clicking on each lattice point, the three structural levels of the designed alloy can be obtained:. The composition and fraction of the phase of the tissue. The structure and properties of phase arrangement; Composition of alloy phase, structure and properties of alloy gene arrangement; The electronic structure and properties of alloy genes. It will usher in a new era of network design of advanced alloys.
