超低氫高韌性無縫藥芯焊絲TME711NiSF的研制

【摘要】:通過選擇鈦堿性渣系和Mn-Si-Ni-Ti-B合金系,在德國進(jìn)口無縫藥芯焊絲生產(chǎn)線上,制成了一種超低氫高韌性的無縫藥芯焊絲TME711Ni SF.其焊接工藝性能和力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良,對焊接熱輸入具有良好的適應(yīng)性.為探討熔敷金屬的韌化機(jī)理,對配方中的脫氧劑和合金劑含量進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計.結(jié)果表明,Mn和Si元素含量居于優(yōu)化水平時,焊縫組織主要是均勻細(xì)小的針狀鐵素體,這種組織的塑性和低溫韌性高,熔敷金屬在溫度-40℃沖擊吸收功可達(dá)到154 J.該無縫藥芯焊絲熔敷金屬的擴(kuò)散氫含量為2.4 m L/100 g,達(dá)到了超低氫水平,適用于船舶、橋梁、海洋工程等重要結(jié)構(gòu)的焊接.
[Abstract]:By selecting titanium basic slag system and Mn-Si-Ni-Ti-B alloy system, the seamless flux-cored wire production line was imported in Germany. A kind of seamless flux-cored wire (TME711Ni SFS) with ultra-low hydrogen and high toughness was made. The welding process and mechanical properties of the wire were excellent. It has good adaptability to welding heat input. In order to discuss the toughening mechanism of deposited metal, the content of deoxidizer and alloy agent in the formulation is optimized. The results show that. When the content of mn and Si is in the optimum level, the microstructure of the weld is mainly a fine and homogeneous acicular ferrite, which has high ductility and low temperature toughness.
