走停式定寬機的運動仿真與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:走停式定寬機(SSP)是熱軋生產(chǎn)線上發(fā)展起來的一種新型設(shè)備。它能夠有效減少連鑄區(qū)結(jié)晶器的規(guī)格,提高目標(biāo)板坯的平面質(zhì)量,提高了生產(chǎn)效率和板坯成材率,給熱軋廠帶來很大的經(jīng)濟效益。首先分析了定寬機的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,通過各種調(diào)寬器的比較,分析了定寬機調(diào)寬的優(yōu)勢和存在的問題。為了研究定寬機的運動情況,對定寬機的機構(gòu)和運作原理進行分析,為有限元的分析提供準(zhǔn)確的邊界條件。根據(jù)定寬機的運動要求和特點,對定寬機的控制系統(tǒng)加以分析,進行系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計以確保定寬機運動的準(zhǔn)確性和穩(wěn)定性。建立了定寬機的動力學(xué)模型,研究了動力學(xué)解決問題的方法。根據(jù)塑性大變形理論,分析解決定寬機側(cè)壓問題的方法。建立了定寬機的有限元模型,對板坯的側(cè)壓過程進行了仿真,根據(jù)板坯和錘頭的應(yīng)力分布云圖和板坯的“狗骨”高度的數(shù)值,得到了板坯受力狀況和變形規(guī)律。根據(jù)非線性接觸理論,分析了板坯對錘頭的沖擊力。分析了錘頭形狀對“狗骨”高度的影響,從錘頭三段占比和變形段形狀改變兩方面對錘頭進行優(yōu)化。并從“狗骨”高度的降低和錘頭沖擊力的減小兩方面證明錘頭工作面優(yōu)化可靠。通過理論分析和模擬仿真的方法,對定寬機進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,為定寬機的研究提供了有效數(shù)據(jù)和理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:SSP is a new type of equipment developed in hot rolling production line. It can effectively reduce the mold specification in continuous casting area and improve the plane quality of the target slab. The production efficiency and slab yield are improved, and great economic benefits are brought to the hot rolling mill. Firstly, the present situation and development trend of the width fixing machine are analyzed, and the comparison of various width regulators is made. In order to study the movement of the width fixing machine, the mechanism and operation principle of the width fixing machine are analyzed. It provides accurate boundary conditions for the finite element analysis. According to the motion requirements and characteristics of the width fixing machine, the control system of the width fixing machine is analyzed. The system function design and software design are carried out to ensure the accuracy and stability of the motion of the fixed width machine. The dynamic model of the fixed width machine is established, and the method of solving the dynamic problem is studied, according to the theory of large plastic deformation. The finite element model of the fixed width machine is established, and the lateral compression process of the slab is simulated. According to the stress distribution cloud diagram of slab and hammer head and the height of dog bone of slab, the paper establishes the finite element model of the fixed width machine and simulates the lateral compression process of the slab according to the stress distribution cloud diagram of slab and hammer head and the value of "dog bone" height of slab. According to the nonlinear contact theory, the impact force of the slab on the hammer head and the influence of the shape of the hammer head on the height of the dog bone are analyzed. The hammerhead is optimized from two aspects: the proportion of the three segments of the hammer and the shape change of the deformed segment. The reduction of the height and the reduction of the impact force of the hammer head prove the reliability of the optimization of the hammerhead face. The method of theoretical analysis and simulation is used. A systematic study on the fixed width machine is carried out, which provides effective data and theoretical guidance for the research of the fixed width machine.
