GH690合金管材熱處理工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以國外Inconel 690成品管的顯微組織為參照對象,對國產(chǎn)GH690合金管材在不同工藝條件下的固溶處理與TT處理工藝進行了研究;采用OM、SEM和TEM等表征手段分析了工藝參數(shù)對其晶粒度、晶界碳化物形貌和貧Cr區(qū)的影響。結(jié)果表明:國產(chǎn)GH690合金管在固溶處理過程中,隨著固溶溫度的提高,尺寸較大晶粒所占比例逐漸升高,長大激活能為265 kJ/mol。當固溶溫度超過1100℃時,保溫時間對晶粒尺寸影響顯著。國產(chǎn)GH690合金管析出細小半連續(xù)晶界碳化物的TT處理工藝參數(shù)為680℃/10~20 h,715℃/10~20 h,750℃/5~15 h。經(jīng)1090~1110℃/5 min固溶處理以及715℃/10 h或15 h的TT處理后,國產(chǎn)GH690合金管晶粒尺寸分布、晶界碳化物形貌特征和貧Cr區(qū)演化特征與國外Inconel 690成品管非常相似;而其TiN顆粒數(shù)量和尺寸明顯少于和小于后者,貧Cr區(qū)的最低Cr濃度高于后者。通過對顯微組織特征的綜合評價,表明國產(chǎn)GH690合金管的顯微組織總體優(yōu)于國外Inconel 690成品管。同時,兼顧實際生產(chǎn)中的成本問題,提出國產(chǎn)GH690合金管熱處理工藝優(yōu)化的建議。
[Abstract]:Taking the microstructure of Inconel 690 finished pipe as reference object, the solution treatment and TT treatment process of domestic GH690 alloy pipe under different technological conditions were studied. The effects of process parameters on grain size, morphology of grain boundary carbides and Cr-poor zone were analyzed by means of TEM and TEM. The results showed that the GH690 alloy tubes made in China were treated by solution treatment.
