【摘要】:PFM(Porcelain-fused-to-metal)金屬烤瓷修復體既具有金屬的強度,同時又有瓷的美觀色澤等優(yōu)點,在缺牙修復及牙齒美容等領域已被廣泛應用,受到了廣大醫(yī)生和患者的好評。目前傳統(tǒng)方法多采用失蠟鑄造技術來制作金屬烤瓷修復體,但該方法面臨著許多問題,如制造流程長、缺陷較多。近年來,激光選區(qū)融化(Selective-Laser-melting,SLM)技術逐漸被應用于牙科領域,由于其分層制造的原理,可有效提高金屬烤瓷修復體的制造效率。本文圍繞利用SLM技術制作金屬烤瓷修復體的適合性,通過噴砂、預氧化等技術手段研究SLM技術對鈷鉻合金金瓷結合強度的影響,以及比較SLM技術與鑄造技術在金瓷結合強度上的差異。本文的主要工作和研究成果如下:(1)利用SLM技術制作鈷鉻基底冠,判斷其與石膏模型的適合性;另外打印出標準試件,通過拉伸試驗檢測其機械性能,結果證明通過SLM技術制作鈷鉻基底冠的精度以及機械性能可以滿足臨床要求。(2)按YY0621-2008標準制作SLM鈷鉻合金試件,利用不同粒度的Al2O3對試件進行噴砂處理來得到不同粗糙度的表面,然后對試件進行預氧化、烤瓷處理,最后檢測金瓷結合強度。實驗得出,100目與120目兩組金瓷結合強度相近,均高于未噴砂組與80目組,證明噴砂處理有利于提高SLM鈷鉻合金金瓷結合強度,粗糙度過大不利于SLM鈷鉻合金金瓷結合強度。(3)通過對SLM鈷鉻合金試件進行不同時間的預氧化處理,利用掃描電鏡觀察其表面形貌以及金瓷結合區(qū)的元素遷移變化,之后用三點彎曲試驗檢測金瓷結合強度。實驗得出,預氧化時間為60s的處理有利于SLM鈷鉻合金金瓷結合強度。(4)通過對鑄造組鈷鉻試件進行常規(guī)的打磨、噴砂、預氧化以及烤瓷處理,之后檢測金瓷結合強度,結果顯示,SLM技術與鑄造技術所獲得鈷鉻合金的金瓷結合強度相近,高于YY0621-2008標準25MPa,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:PFM Porcelain-fused-to-metal-ceramic prosthesis has not only the strength of metal, but also the beauty and color of porcelain. It has been widely used in the field of tooth defects and tooth beauty, and has been praised by doctors and patients. At present, traditional methods of wax loss casting technology to make metal porcelain restoration. But the method faces many problems, such as long manufacturing process and many defects. In recent years, laser selection melting has been selected as Laser-melting. SLM) technology has been gradually applied in the field of dentistry because of its principle of layered manufacturing. It can effectively improve the manufacturing efficiency of metal porcelain restoration. This paper focuses on the suitability of making metal porcelain restoration by SLM technology through sand blasting. The effect of SLM technology on the bonding strength of cobalt-chromium alloy metal-porcelain was studied by pre-oxidation. The main work and research results of this paper are as follows: (1) making cobalt-chromium substrate crown with SLM technology. Judge its suitability to gypsum model; In addition, the standard specimen was printed out and its mechanical properties were tested by tensile test. The results show that the precision and mechanical properties of the cobalt-chromium base crown made by SLM can meet the clinical requirements. (2) the SLM cobalt-chromium alloy specimen can be made according to the YY0621-2008 standard. Different granularity Al2O3 was used to blast the specimen to get different roughness surface, and then the sample was pre-oxidized, porcelain was processed, and the bonding strength of metal-porcelain was tested. The bonding strength between 100 mesh and 120 mesh groups was similar, which was higher than that of non-sand blasting group and 80 mesh group, which proved that sand blasting treatment was beneficial to improve the bonding strength of SLM cobalt-chromium alloy metal-porcelain. Too much roughness is not conducive to the SLM cobalt-chromium alloy metal-ceramic bonding strength. 3) through the SLM cobalt-chromium alloy specimen for different time pre-oxidation treatment. Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the surface morphology and the element migration change in the metal-porcelain binding zone. The bonding strength of the metal-porcelain was measured by three-point bending test. The treatment of pre-oxidation time of 60 s is beneficial to the bonding strength of SLM cobalt-chromium alloy. 4) conventional grinding, sand blasting, preoxidation and porcelain porcelain treatment are carried out on the cast cobalt-chromium specimens. The results show that the metal-ceramic bonding strength of Co / Cr alloy obtained by YY0621-2008 is similar to that obtained by casting technology, and is higher than that of YY0621-2008 standard 25 MPA. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
