【摘要】:采用有限元分析軟件ANSYS Multiphysics/LS-DYNA模塊,選取Johnson-Cook材料模型與雙線性各向同性硬化材料模型,建立了激光輔助冷噴涂三維模型,并通過這兩種材料模型模擬了不同入射速度和沉積點(diǎn)溫度條件下,Cu顆粒撞擊45鋼基體的沉積過程,分析了速度、沉積點(diǎn)溫度對(duì)沉積顆粒變形行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:常溫下顆粒撞擊速度為800 m/s和基體預(yù)熱溫度850℃、顆粒速度為500 m/s時(shí),Cu顆粒都能有效沉積到45鋼基體上;兩種模型都能用于預(yù)測(cè)激光輔助冷噴涂工藝參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The finite element analysis software ANSYS Multiphysics/LS-DYNA is used. The Johnson-Cook material model and the bilinear isotropic hardening material model are selected to establish the three-dimensional model of laser assisted cold spraying. The deposition process of Cu particles impacting on 45 steel substrate under different incident velocity and deposition point temperature was simulated by these two material models, and the velocity was analyzed. The results show that the particle impact velocity is 800 m / s at room temperature, and the substrate preheating temperature is 850 鈩,
