HIPIMS制備Cr-B涂層及摩擦學(xué)性能

【摘要】:為研究Cr-B涂層在多測試環(huán)境(干摩擦、蒸餾水和海水環(huán)境)下摩擦磨損行為,采用高功率脈沖磁控濺射沉積技術(shù)制備Cr-B涂層,分析涂層成分、結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀形貌和力學(xué)性能,重點(diǎn)考察涂層在不同環(huán)境下的摩擦磨損性能。結(jié)果表明:制備的Cr-B涂層,B/Cr的原子比為1.8,結(jié)構(gòu)主要由CrB2和自由Cr相組成,硬度和彈性模量分別為(26.9±1.0)GPa和(306.7±6.0)GPa。摩擦測試結(jié)果顯示:涂層在干摩擦?xí)r具有較高的摩擦因數(shù)為0.75,發(fā)生嚴(yán)重磨損失效,歸因于摩擦過程中涂層剝落而導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的磨粒磨損;與干摩擦相比,涂層在蒸餾水和海水環(huán)境中的摩擦因數(shù)均顯著降低,分別為0.26和0.22,這主要由于蒸餾水和海水的邊界潤滑作用所導(dǎo)致,在蒸餾水中摩擦的磨損機(jī)制為磨粒磨損,而在海水中的磨損機(jī)制為磨粒磨損和腐蝕磨損的協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the friction and wear behavior of Cr-B coating under multi-test environment (dry friction, distilled water and seawater environment), the Cr-B coating was prepared by high power pulsed magnetron sputtering deposition and the composition of the coating was analyzed. The microstructure, microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings were investigated in detail. The results showed that the atomic ratio of B / Cr in the prepared Cr-B coating was 1.8. The structure is mainly composed of CrB2 and free Cr phase. The hardness and modulus of elasticity are 26.9 鹵1.0GPA and 306.7 鹵6.0GPa.The friction test results show that the coating has a high friction coefficient of 0.75 under dry friction. The serious wear failure is attributed to the serious abrasive wear caused by the spalling of the coating during the friction process. Compared with dry friction, the friction coefficient of the coating in distilled water and seawater was significantly reduced to 0.26 and 0.22, respectively, which was mainly due to the boundary lubrication of distilled water and seawater. The wear mechanism of friction in distilled water is abrasive wear, while the wear mechanism in seawater is the synergism of abrasive wear and corrosion wear.
