【摘要】:如何選擇送絲參數(shù)從而獲得合適電阻熱是確保焊絲穩(wěn)定過渡和高效熔覆的必要條件.文中通過高速攝像觀察電阻熱對焊絲過渡行為的影響,采用紅外雙色測溫對焊絲溫度進(jìn)行測量.結(jié)果表明,導(dǎo)電嘴以下30 mm處焊絲的溫度可作為最優(yōu)電阻熱的判據(jù);利用數(shù)值模擬方法建立了焊絲非穩(wěn)態(tài)導(dǎo)熱模型,計算了導(dǎo)電嘴以下30 mm處焊絲的溫度,從而可以預(yù)測最優(yōu)電阻熱對應(yīng)的送絲參數(shù).對不同送絲速度下最優(yōu)電流比較發(fā)現(xiàn),一定電阻熱下加熱電流的平方與送絲速度的比值為常數(shù),可用于快速選擇最優(yōu)電阻熱的送絲參數(shù).
[Abstract]:How to select the wire feeding parameters to obtain the appropriate resistance heat is a necessary condition to ensure the stable transition and high efficiency cladding of the welding wire. The influence of the resistance heat on the wire transition behavior is observed by high speed camera in this paper. The temperature of welding wire is measured by infrared two-color temperature measurement. The results show that the temperature of wire below 30 mm of conductive nozzle can be used as the criterion of optimum resistance heat. The unsteady heat conduction model of welding wire is established by numerical simulation, and the temperature of welding wire is calculated at 30 mm below the conductive nozzle. It is found that the ratio of the square of heating current to the feeding speed is constant for the comparison of the optimal current at different feeding speeds. Can be used to quickly select the optimal resistance heat feeding parameters.
