【摘要】:應(yīng)用Hyper Xtrude軟件對(duì)ZK60鎂合金空心型材的擠壓成形過程進(jìn)行了有限元數(shù)值模擬研究,分別得到了型材在穩(wěn)態(tài)擠壓下的溫度場(chǎng)、速度場(chǎng)、應(yīng)變場(chǎng)和位移場(chǎng),分析了金屬流動(dòng)情況、焊合室入口和出口處的壓力。通過不同擠壓速度下的穩(wěn)態(tài)模擬分析,確定了合適的型材擠壓速度為10 mm·s-1。在擠壓溫度為350℃和擠壓速度為10 mm·s-1條件下進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,得到了形狀外觀均合格的產(chǎn)品。對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn),模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的型材斷面宏觀組織形貌具有一致性,證明了應(yīng)用Hyper Xtrude軟件可以有效預(yù)測(cè)鎂合金型材成形過程中的金屬流動(dòng)和焊合情況。
[Abstract]:The finite element numerical simulation of the extrusion process of ZK60 magnesium alloy hollow profile was carried out by using Hyper Xtrude software. The temperature field and velocity field of the profile under steady extrusion were obtained respectively. The metal flow, the pressure at the entrance and outlet of the welding chamber, and the steady state simulation analysis under different extrusion velocities are analyzed by the strain field and displacement field.
