【摘要】:選擇性激光燒結(jié)(SLS)技術(shù)是一種以激光加工粉末材料的快速成型技術(shù)。SLS設(shè)備中,通過紅外傳感器對工作區(qū)域的溫度場溫度進(jìn)行實時反饋來對加熱進(jìn)行控制。本課題針對紅外傳感器受環(huán)境影響產(chǎn)生探測誤差的情況設(shè)計一種以自身溫度為基準(zhǔn),對紅外傳感器進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)的溫度補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)裝置。解決由于燒結(jié)環(huán)境影響造成的探測誤差,提高溫場穩(wěn)定性。論文完成主要工作如下:(1)從理論上分析SLS成形工藝及其主要影響因素,分析紅外傳感器在SLS設(shè)備中的關(guān)鍵作用,針對紅外傳感器在SLS加工中由于環(huán)境影響產(chǎn)生的探測誤差,提出一種以一個輻射熱源作為溫度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對紅外傳感器進(jìn)行誤差補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計方案及運(yùn)行方案,根據(jù)實際使用需求,確定該裝置的安裝方案,并提出一種紅外傳感器保護(hù)裝置的設(shè)計需求。(2)根據(jù)紅外傳感器溫度補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)裝置設(shè)計方案,對組成溫度補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)裝置的輻射熱源、紅外傳感器保護(hù)裝置、支撐腔體、驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)和擺動機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并建立三維模型。(3)根據(jù)方案設(shè)計要求,設(shè)計補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)方案,基于施耐德PLC進(jìn)行梯形圖編程實現(xiàn)整體控制,并選擇功能塊實現(xiàn)對溫度采集、硅膠加熱片加熱的信號輸入輸出控制。(4)在生產(chǎn)試制出溫度補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)裝置原理樣機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,搭建實驗平臺,對溫度補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)裝置進(jìn)行運(yùn)行驗證。在不同的設(shè)定溫度下,觀察溫度補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn)裝置長時間運(yùn)行是否出現(xiàn)問題。對硅膠加熱片PID控制中的比例、積分、微分參數(shù)進(jìn)行整定,找到最優(yōu)控制參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Selective laser sintering (SLS) technology is a kind of rapid prototyping technology used in laser processing of powder materials. SLS equipment. Through the infrared sensor to work the temperature field temperature real-time feedback to control the heating. This subject for infrared sensors by the impact of the environment caused by the detection error of a design based on their own temperature. A temperature compensation calibration device for compensating and calibrating infrared sensors. The detection error caused by the influence of sintering environment is solved. To improve the stability of temperature field. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) theoretically analyze the forming process of SLS and its main influencing factors, and analyze the key role of infrared sensor in SLS equipment. Aiming at the detection error caused by the environmental influence of infrared sensor in SLS processing, a design and operation scheme for error compensation calibration of infrared sensor using a radiative heat source as the temperature standard is proposed. According to the actual application requirements, the installation scheme of the device is determined, and a design requirement of the infrared sensor protection device is put forward. (2) according to the infrared sensor temperature compensation calibration device, the design scheme is put forward. The structure of radiation heat source, infrared sensor protection device, supporting cavity, driving mechanism and swing mechanism are designed, and the three-dimensional model is built. 3) according to the design requirements of the scheme, the structure of the radiation heat source, the infrared sensor protection device, the supporting cavity, the driving mechanism and the oscillating mechanism are designed. The compensation calibration scheme is designed, and the integral control is realized by trapezoidal diagram programming based on Schneider PLC, and the temperature collection is realized by selecting the function block. The signal input and output control of silicon gel heating sheet. 4) on the basis of producing the principle prototype of temperature compensation calibration device, the experimental platform is built. The temperature compensation calibration device operation verification. At different temperature, observe whether the temperature compensation calibration device running for a long time or not. The proportion and integral in the PID control of silicon gel heating sheet. The differential parameters are adjusted to find the optimal control parameters.
