【摘要】：帶鋼鹽酸酸洗工藝中,為了保證酸洗效果,常需要根據(jù)酸罐中剩余的酸濃度定時添加鹽酸。由于酸洗溶液為多種組分的混合溶液,通常采用化學(xué)滴定的方法人工檢測,無法實(shí)現(xiàn)鹽酸補(bǔ)充過程的自動化。本課題根據(jù)南京某鋼廠的實(shí)際情況,提出采用軟測量方法對酸洗液組分濃度進(jìn)行在線估計,通過對酸洗工藝機(jī)理的研究,確定酸洗液組分主要為FeCl2和HC1。由此選擇溶液溫度、電導(dǎo)率、密度作為輔助變量,并設(shè)計了在線檢測裝置。針對酸洗溶液組分濃度的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合實(shí)際組分濃度變化范圍,提出采用機(jī)理分析與神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的軟測量建模方法對組分濃度進(jìn)行估計,即先通過實(shí)驗(yàn)得出輔助變量與組分濃度的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,然后利用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對機(jī)理模型進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,以應(yīng)對生產(chǎn)過程的動態(tài)變化,減小組分濃度的預(yù)測偏差。為了保證建模的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,在模型訓(xùn)練之前,采用Fast-MCD對建模數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理以剔除離群數(shù)據(jù)。最后對在線檢測裝置的軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,并利用完整的酸洗液組分濃度在線檢測裝置進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場工業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明：鹽酸和亞鐵離子濃度預(yù)測的均方根誤差分別為5.53和5.83,偏差絕對值的平均值分別為5.4g/L和5.7g/L,可以滿足實(shí)際工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the pickling effect , it is often necessary to add hydrochloric acid according to the remaining acid concentration in the acid tank . In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the model , it is suggested that the solution temperature , conductivity and density can be used as auxiliary variables . In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the model , the software system of the online detection device is designed . The results show that the mean square error of the concentration of the hydrochloric acid and ferrous ions is 5.53 and 5.83 , respectively , and the average value of the deviation absolute value is 5.4 g / L and 5.7 g / L , respectively , which can meet the needs of actual industrial production .
