【摘要】:目前我國(guó)的大部分固定管的全位置焊仍然采用CO2半自動(dòng)焊作業(yè)或者利用機(jī)器人加變位機(jī)進(jìn)行焊接,這兩種焊接方法都有著自身局限性。首先,對(duì)焊接設(shè)備要求高,需要兩種機(jī)械設(shè)備協(xié)同運(yùn)行;其次,對(duì)一些不能利用變位機(jī)的固定管焊接,仍然需要手工進(jìn)行焊接。市場(chǎng)上專用的管子焊接專機(jī),大部分可以解決管子焊接的問題,但是對(duì)于一些固定管和連續(xù)長(zhǎng)管道,只能進(jìn)行全位置焊。依據(jù)這一現(xiàn)狀,本課題進(jìn)行了不同位置板的打底和填充焊接,以及大量固定管全位置焊工藝試驗(yàn),總結(jié)出利用機(jī)器人進(jìn)行固定管道全位置焊的一套參數(shù)。當(dāng)焊縫長(zhǎng)度與機(jī)器人擺長(zhǎng)不成正比時(shí),在焊縫末端會(huì)出現(xiàn)不擺動(dòng),造成焊縫末端填充不飽滿。利用VB語(yǔ)言設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)可以計(jì)算焊縫長(zhǎng)度的軟件,保證了每段焊縫與擺長(zhǎng)成倍數(shù)關(guān)系。同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了管子的工裝夾具,保證管子焊接時(shí)不會(huì)竄動(dòng)。仰立過渡區(qū)位置填充焊出現(xiàn)了斷續(xù)焊瘤,通過增加擺幅,減小雙邊延遲,減少了對(duì)焊縫兩邊的熱輸入,使熔池兩側(cè)的金屬盡快凝固。同時(shí)改變焊槍傾斜角度,增加電弧吹力對(duì)熔滴的托舉。解決了該區(qū)域斷續(xù)焊瘤的問題。通過此項(xiàng)研究,調(diào)試出了仰,仰立過渡區(qū),立,立平過渡區(qū),平五個(gè)位置的焊接參數(shù),并形成了實(shí)用性很強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并通過試驗(yàn)焊接出了完整的固定管全位置焊縫。分別得到了全位置打底焊、填充焊和蓋面焊的焊接工藝參數(shù)。并進(jìn)行工藝的驗(yàn)證,總結(jié)出適合于管子全位置焊的焊接參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),最后完成本試驗(yàn)。機(jī)器人管焊接頭力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:側(cè)彎試驗(yàn)的試樣焊縫和熔合區(qū)均無裂紋,焊接接頭的抗拉強(qiáng)度大于母材,且其沖擊功明顯高于熱影響區(qū),在熔合線外2mm和5mm處熱影響區(qū)沖擊功明顯較低。
[Abstract]:At present most of the fixed tube all position welding in China is still using CO2 semi automatic welding robot and welding or using the positioner, these two kinds of welding methods have their own limitations. First, the welding equipment requirement is high, need two coordinated operation of machinery and equipment; second, some can not use variable a fixed tube welding machine, still require manual welding. The market of special pipe welding machine, most can solve the pipe welding problems, but for some fixed tube and continuous long pipeline, only for all position welding. According to this situation, this thesis had different position board backing and filling welding, and a large number of fixed tube all position welding process test, summed up all position welding robot fixed pipe by using a set of parameters. When the weld length and length of pendulum robot is not proportional to the time, in the end there will be no weld Swing caused by weld end filling is not full. One can calculate the length of the weld the software design using VB language, to ensure that every section of the weld and put into a multiple relationship. At the same time the design of the fixture, ensure the pipe welding will not be moved. Yang Li transition zone position welding appeared by intermittent welding increase the swing, reduce bilateral delay, reduce the heat input on both sides of the weld, the weld pool on both sides of the metal solidification as soon as possible. At the same time to change the tilt angle of the welding torch, increase arc force on the droplet lifts. To solve the problem. The intermittent regional overlap through this research, debugging back upward vertical transition Li Liping, zone, transition zone, flat welding parameters of five positions, and the formation of a strong practical database, and through the test of a fixed pipe all position welding weld integrity were obtained. All position backing welding, filling welding and cover The welding parameters welding. Verify and process, summed up the suitable for all position welding pipe welding parameter database, finally completed the test. Test results of pipe welding robot head of mechanical properties show that lateral bending test sample weld and fusion zone are free of cracks, the tensile strength of welded joint is greater than that of the parent material, and the impact power was significantly higher than that of the heat affected zone, fusion line in 2mm and 5mm at the heat affected zone of impact energy is significantly lower.
