【摘要】:現(xiàn)代裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)材料及成品零部件的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)要求越來越高,對(duì)應(yīng)力的檢測(cè)水平也越發(fā)苛刻。X射線應(yīng)力法作為科研和工程應(yīng)用中常用的無損應(yīng)力測(cè)量方法,其測(cè)量精度逐漸難以滿足測(cè)量需求。數(shù)據(jù)處理是X射線法測(cè)量應(yīng)力的重要環(huán)節(jié),,對(duì)應(yīng)力測(cè)量精度有重要影響。同樣的數(shù)據(jù)采用不同的處理方法所得應(yīng)力相差很大,因此有必要對(duì)X射線應(yīng)力法的數(shù)據(jù)處理過程進(jìn)行研究。 測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析理論是衡量測(cè)量系統(tǒng)誤差的重要理論。該理論采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和圖表方法對(duì)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的分辨率和誤差進(jìn)行分析,并確定測(cè)量系統(tǒng)誤差的主要成分,是一種簡(jiǎn)單而有效的誤差分析方法。 本文圍繞X射線測(cè)應(yīng)力的定峰方法,運(yùn)用測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析理論從測(cè)量重復(fù)性、再現(xiàn)性對(duì)不同的定峰方法進(jìn)行分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明最大值法和拋物線法具有最好的重復(fù)性,交叉相關(guān)法具有最佳的再現(xiàn)性。同種方法的重復(fù)性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和再現(xiàn)性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差基本相等,表明儀器因素、人為因素和人與過程交互因素對(duì)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的精確性有同等的作用。本文使用測(cè)量錯(cuò)誤的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的魯棒性進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,分析表明重心法具有最強(qiáng)的魯棒性。將以上數(shù)據(jù)與系統(tǒng)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明本文所使用方法優(yōu)于系統(tǒng)自帶方法。 為衡量最小二乘法擬合次數(shù)對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響,對(duì)不同擬合次數(shù)的測(cè)量結(jié)果從重復(fù)性和再現(xiàn)性方面評(píng)估。分析表明擬合次數(shù)越大,擬合曲線越光滑,翹曲越嚴(yán)重。曲線光滑能夠減小應(yīng)力變化量與理論值的差異;曲線翹曲會(huì)使應(yīng)力波動(dòng)嚴(yán)重,曲線翹曲嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)影響應(yīng)力測(cè)量值的精度。曲線在40到45次擬合時(shí)為翹曲過渡區(qū)。曲線在光滑而不翹曲時(shí)所得應(yīng)力效果最佳。利用重復(fù)性測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)和再現(xiàn)性測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),將40次擬合效果與50次擬合效果對(duì)比,證明40次擬合效果優(yōu)于50次擬合效果。
[Abstract]:The development of modern equipment manufacturing industry requires more and more stress states of materials and finished parts , and the detection level of stress is more severe . The X - ray stress method is used as a nondestructive stress measurement method commonly used in scientific research and engineering applications . The measurement accuracy is gradually difficult to meet the measurement requirement . Data processing is an important part of measuring stress by X - ray method , and the stress measurement accuracy is very important . The data processing of X - ray stress method is necessary . The theory of measurement system analysis is an important theory to measure the errors of the measurement system . The theory uses mathematical statistics and graph methods to analyze the resolution and error of the measuring system , and determines the main components of the measurement system error , which is a simple and effective method of error analysis . In this paper , the method of determining the peak value of X - ray stress is analyzed by measuring the repeatability and reproducibility by using the measurement system analysis theory . The experimental results show that the maximum method and the parabola method have the best reproducibility . The repeatability standard deviation and the reproducibility standard deviation of the same method are basically equal , which indicates that the instrument factor , the human factors and the human and process interaction factors have the same effect on the accuracy of the measuring system . The analysis shows that the center of gravity method has the strongest robustness . The above data is compared with the data obtained by the system to prove that the method used in this paper is superior to the method of the system . In order to measure the effect of the least square fitting times on the measurement results , the measurement results of different fitting times are evaluated from the aspects of repeatability and reproducibility . The analysis shows that the more the fitting times are , the more smooth the fitting curve is , the more serious the warp is . The curve is smooth and can influence the precision of the stress measurement value when the curve is smooth .
