【摘要】:隨著金屬板材加工工藝的優(yōu)化與改進(jìn),金屬薄板V型刨槽機(jī)的作用愈加重要。傳統(tǒng)的金屬薄板折彎工藝包括自由折彎、強(qiáng)制折彎和三點(diǎn)式折彎[2],這些折彎工藝使工件在折彎處折彎半徑大,色差明顯,這些方法已經(jīng)不能滿足設(shè)計(jì)人員和消費(fèi)者對(duì)工件的質(zhì)量要求。金屬薄板進(jìn)行折彎之前進(jìn)行V型刨槽的工藝隨之出現(xiàn),有效的減小了金屬板材的折彎半徑和折彎處的色差[1]。為了更有效的對(duì)金屬板材進(jìn)行V型刨槽,需要設(shè)計(jì)出高效、穩(wěn)定的刨槽機(jī)設(shè)備。本文主要介紹了對(duì)刨槽機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化過程,借助于計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件,完成了對(duì)刨槽機(jī)整體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)刨槽機(jī)各部分的功能與作用,將刨槽機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)分為底座結(jié)構(gòu)、壓板裝置、上架結(jié)構(gòu)和刀架結(jié)構(gòu)四部分。利用可視化的三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件分別完成各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)受力情況選取適合的傳動(dòng)裝置,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程中要充分考慮各部分結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)和配合。當(dāng)完成各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)后,利用有限元分析軟件對(duì)刨槽機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)受力分析,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力和變形程度,觀察各部分是否滿足強(qiáng)度和剛度要求,并對(duì)刨槽機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)板材進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使刨槽機(jī)既滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,又降低設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)制造成本。由于任何結(jié)構(gòu)都具有各自的振動(dòng)特性,當(dāng)結(jié)構(gòu)的固有頻率和外部激勵(lì)源的頻率一致時(shí),將使其發(fā)生共振,影響設(shè)備運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性和工件的加工精度。刨槽機(jī)設(shè)備對(duì)金屬薄板進(jìn)行V型刨槽過程中,如果上架發(fā)生振動(dòng)將會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響工件的加工精度。因此通過對(duì)上架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,計(jì)算出上架結(jié)構(gòu)的固有頻率,避免上架結(jié)構(gòu)與變速電機(jī)產(chǎn)生的激振力頻率相同,然后對(duì)上架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高上架結(jié)構(gòu)的固有頻率,從而提高刨槽機(jī)設(shè)備運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement and optimization of sheet metal processing technology, more and more metal sheet V slot machine important profilers. The traditional metal sheet bending technology includes free bending, forced bending and three point bending [2]. These bending processes make the bending radius of the workpiece at the bending point large, and the color difference is obvious. These methods can no longer meet the quality requirements of designers and consumers. Process V sheet metal bending groove profilers before the appeared, effectively reduces the [1] bending radius and bending color of sheet metal. In order to more effectively carry out the V profilers slot on the metal plate, need gouging machine equipment to design efficient and stable. This paper mainly introduces the design and optimization of the structure of the planer. With the help of computer aided design software, the design of the whole structure of the planing machine is completed. According to the function and function of each part of the planer, the structure design of the planer is divided into four parts: the base structure, the press plate device, the upper frame structure and the tool frame structure. The visual 3D design software is used to complete the structural design of each part, and the suitable transmission device is selected according to the force condition. The coordination and coordination of each part should be fully considered in the process of structural design. When the completion of each part of the structure design, static stress analysis of structure of gouging machine using finite element analysis software, according to the structure stress and deformation degree of each part, observe whether meet the requirements of strength and rigidity, and the structure of plate gouging machine were optimized, the router can meet the design requirements, and reduce the production cost of equipment manufacturing. Because any structure has its own vibration characteristics, when the natural frequency of the structure is consistent with the frequency of the external excitation source, it will cause resonance, which will affect the stability of the operation of the equipment and the machining accuracy of the workpiece. Gouging machine for sheet metal V profilers groove in the process, if the shelves vibration will seriously affect the machining precision of the workpiece. So through the modal analysis of the upper structure, calculated on the natural frequency of the structure, avoiding the excitation frequency on the structure and variable speed motor have the same, then the shelves of structure optimization, improve on the natural frequency of the structure, so as to improve the stability of router equipment running.
