本文研究東非港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià),旨在分析和找出影響港口特別是達(dá)累斯薩拉姆、蒙巴薩、蘇丹和吉布提港口的關(guān)鍵因素。前人的一些研究已經(jīng)為解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題提供了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),本文旨在既定的幾個(gè)港口中比較分析出更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的港口,即達(dá)累斯薩拉姆、蒙巴薩、蘇丹和吉布提港口。眾所周知,在東非港口和區(qū)域交通是相互依存的,改善港口的流通性是增長(zhǎng)港口貿(mào)易的主要因素之一。因此,本次研究主要通過(guò)相關(guān)專家提出的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),針對(duì)東非港口(主要包括達(dá)累斯薩拉姆、蒙巴薩、蘇丹和吉布提港口)運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP)對(duì)港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。盡管在該地區(qū)的其他港口的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本次研究證實(shí)了這個(gè)研究的真實(shí)性,在港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面,蒙巴薩港得分最高,排名第一。其次是吉布提港。這份研究報(bào)告肯定了蒙巴薩港在東非地區(qū)的表現(xiàn)是最具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和效率的根據(jù)一項(xiàng)由UNCTAD研究中,蒙巴薩港被列為在非洲的五大港口中最具有其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的。
