基于AHP法的厄瓜多爾港口選擇評價

本文從選擇港口時的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決策角度,對最廣泛的多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決策技術(shù)之一層次分析過程(AHP)進行了評述。首先,分析為了做出決定而被考慮的不同的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這些航運公司近年來針對的是附加值更高的業(yè)務(wù):港務(wù)局競相將航運公司作為客戶,因此,擁有一個運營發(fā)展良好并能妥善處理所有類型和規(guī)模的港口船到達(dá)的港口非常重要。大多數(shù)線路運輸公司今天或多或少都會看到這一趨勢的影響。在這種情況下,航運線路在港口的選擇中扮演著重要的角色。與此同時,拉丁美洲港口不僅在國內(nèi)的競爭力很強而且在國際上競爭力也在持續(xù)增強。本文采用層次分析法(AHP)來檢驗從瓜亞基爾,埃斯梅拉達(dá)斯,曼塔和玻利瓦爾港口選擇中的六個港口選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(港口地理位置,水量,貨運量,港口費和碼頭處理費,IT能力和腹地)。模型結(jié)果顯示,地理位置,水深,腹地和貨物量是港口選擇的最重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。競爭和港口發(fā)展也是再次考慮港口選擇的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。提出了一些有利于港口整合和發(fā)展的能力建議,這樣國家港口就會更具競爭力,吸引更多的客戶。
