【摘要】：水泥混凝土路面的破碎改造,可通過對(duì)舊板塊軋制加工獲取再生集料用于水穩(wěn)基層。從水穩(wěn)基層的性能要求出發(fā),對(duì)相同試驗(yàn)條件下全天然集料、全再生集料及再生料(0.6 mm以下天然料替代)3種方案的混合料性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)比較,分析其力學(xué)特性及路用性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,再生集料能夠符合基層施工的質(zhì)量要求,穩(wěn)定混合料性能滿足工程路用要求,具有良好的工程應(yīng)用推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the crushing and reconstruction of cement concrete pavement, the recycled aggregate can be obtained by rolling the old plate for water stabilized base. According to the performance requirements of water stabilized base, the properties of all natural aggregate, total recycled aggregate and recycled material (natural material replacement below 0.6 mm) under the same test conditions were tested and compared, and their mechanical properties and road properties were analyzed. The test results show that the recycled aggregate can meet the quality requirements of base construction, and the performance of stable mixture can meet the requirements of engineering road use, and has a good value of engineering application and popularization.
