RC梁橋裂縫寬度計算方法研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、道路橋梁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)速度突飛猛進(jìn),橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的裂縫問題日益突出。根據(jù)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)不同設(shè)計等級,混凝土是允許有裂縫出現(xiàn)的,,因此混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)帶裂縫工作已成為普遍現(xiàn)象。裂縫開裂達(dá)到一定值時橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)將會發(fā)生破壞。因此,我國規(guī)范針對各種不同設(shè)計等級的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫寬度限值作了相應(yīng)規(guī)定。 混凝土裂縫控制的關(guān)鍵是裂縫寬度,影響裂縫寬度計算的因素很多,要想精確計算裂縫寬度是十分困難的。本文總結(jié)了混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫開裂的主要類型和原因,針對鋼筋混凝土試驗梁的開裂進(jìn)行全過程的分析研究,記錄試驗梁從開裂直到破壞各個試驗階段混凝土的裂縫發(fā)展情況。運用裂縫寬度計算的相關(guān)理論分析比較了試驗梁量測、ADINA有限元分析和《公路橋規(guī)》計算裂縫寬度的數(shù)據(jù),檢測了有限元軟件計算裂縫寬度的準(zhǔn)確度。最后通過工程實例的有限元分析計算混凝土裂縫寬度來獲得橋梁承載能力,為橋梁評估提供新的方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the construction speed of road and bridge infrastructure is advancing by leaps and bounds, and the crack problem of bridge structure is becoming more and more prominent. According to the different design grades of bridge structure, concrete is allowed to have cracks, so it has become a common phenomenon to work with cracks in concrete structures. When the crack cracking reaches a certain value, the bridge structure will be destroyed. Therefore, the limit value of crack width of concrete structures with different design grades is stipulated in the code of our country. The key to crack control of concrete is crack width. There are many factors that affect the calculation of crack width. It is very difficult to calculate crack width accurately. In this paper, the main types and causes of crack cracking in concrete structure are summarized, the whole process of cracking of reinforced concrete test beam is analyzed and studied, and the development of concrete crack in each test stage from cracking to failure is recorded. The data of test beam measurement, ADINA finite element analysis and highway bridge gauge are analyzed and compared by using the related theory of crack width calculation, and the accuracy of finite element software for calculating crack width is tested. Finally, the bearing capacity of the bridge is obtained by calculating the crack width of concrete through the finite element analysis of an engineering example, which provides a new method for bridge evaluation.
