基于探地雷達的瀝青路面隱性探傷應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in our country, the task of road quality detection is becoming more and more serious. The traditional subgrade and pavement quality detection method has some limitations in dealing with such a huge workload. In particular, the detection of hidden diseases in pavement structure layer is carried out, so this paper proposes to use ground penetrating radar (GPR) (Ground Penetrating Radar GPR) technology to detect hidden diseases of pavement. In this paper, in the application of GPR, the system composition and working principle of GPR are introduced, and the correlation between electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics and dielectric constant is briefly analyzed from the point of view of physics. In this paper, the technical parameters in the application are determined by the systematic calculation method, and the main data processing methods and disease feature recognition are briefly described. Secondly, the traditional detection methods are compared and analyzed, which shows that the GPR technology has the advantages of fast speed, high accuracy, large amount of information, high degree of automation and non-destructive continuous testing. In view of the difficult problem of pavement hidden disease detection at present, this paper proposes to carry on the hidden flaw detection to the asphalt pavement under the condition of water cut, and uses water as the detection medium to indirectly reflect the interlaminar condition of the pavement structure. Based on the requirements of the subject and the engineering practice, a series of test models are designed to simulate the hidden potholes and composite pavement hidden diseases of asphalt pavement, and under the premise of full theoretical support, The feasibility of the method is proved by experiments, and the experimental results under dry state and water-bearing state are compared and analyzed, which shows that the hidden flaw detection effect is more obvious in the water-bearing state. Finally, the field flaw detection test is carried out at Qingdao Liuting Airport, and good results are obtained, which is of great significance to guide pavement maintenance and maintenance.
