雙曲拱橋主拱圈加固方法有限元分析

【摘要】:雙曲拱橋以其外形美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、施工方便、省料等優(yōu)點,迅速在全國范圍內(nèi)得到推廣,但隨著交通量的增大,大多數(shù)在役雙曲拱橋梁出現(xiàn)了不同程度的損傷,對安全運營造成威脅,然而,在一定時期內(nèi),由于財力有限,許多雙曲拱橋?qū)⒗^續(xù)使用,短時間內(nèi)不可能全用新橋替換,對一些橋梁進行維修加固是難以避免的。橋梁的維修加固具有較大的經(jīng)濟效益,因此,對雙曲拱橋進行技術(shù)改造尤為重要。本文依托舊滄江橋,對雙曲拱橋主拱圈加固法進行有限元分析,主要研究及取得的成果如下: 1、通過對比Midas/Civil有限元設(shè)計狀態(tài)下裸拱模型、空間仿真模型及病害條件下的仿真模型得到:雙曲拱橋偏于保守的傳統(tǒng)計算導(dǎo)致其具有較大的承載潛力,原橋設(shè)計荷載等級可達到“公路-Ⅱ級”。 2、通過有限元分析拱肋上、下緣增大截面效果,得出了同等條件下,下緣增大截面效果優(yōu)于上緣增大截面,隨著下緣加固厚度增大,截面安全度提高,當(dāng)厚度達到一定厚度,原結(jié)構(gòu)在新增混凝土發(fā)揮作用之前破壞,合理的加固厚度是加固效果的保證。 3、有限元模型分析粘貼加固技術(shù),得出隨著補強鋼板厚度的增大,加固效果越來越明顯,當(dāng)全拱加固時,與其他截面相比,鋼板加固對跨中截面的加固效果更明顯。鋼箱拱法加固對結(jié)構(gòu)剛度及應(yīng)力影響大,對軸力及彎矩影響小。 4、有限元模型分析鋼板-碳纖維布加固法,得出了該加固法相當(dāng)于把拱肋變成變截面拱,使鋼板及碳纖維的優(yōu)點得到發(fā)揮,隨著鋼板及碳纖維布厚度的增加,加固效果越明顯,但側(cè)向鋼板厚度變化對加固效果的影響較小。
[Abstract]:Double curved arch bridge has been popularized in the whole country because of its beautiful appearance, novel structure, convenient construction and material saving, but with the increase of traffic volume, most of the existing hyperbolic arch bridges have appeared different degrees of damage. However, due to the limited financial resources, many double-curved arch bridges will continue to be used in a certain period of time, and it is impossible to replace them with new bridges in a short period of time, so it is inevitable to repair and strengthen some bridges. The maintenance and reinforcement of bridges has great economic benefits, so it is particularly important to carry out technical transformation of double curved arch bridges. In this paper, based on the old Cangjiang Bridge, the finite element analysis of the main arch ring reinforcement method of double curved arch bridge is carried out. the main research and achievements are as follows: 1, by comparing the bare arch model under the condition of Midas/Civil finite element design, The spatial simulation model and the simulation model under the condition of disease show that the double curved arch bridge has great bearing potential due to its conservative traditional calculation, and the design load grade of the original bridge can reach "highway grade II". 2. Through the finite element analysis of the cross section effect of the upper and lower edge of the arch ribs, it is concluded that under the same conditions, the section effect of the lower edge is better than that of the upper edge. With the increase of the reinforcement thickness of the lower edge, the safety of the section increases, and when the thickness reaches a certain thickness, The original structure is destroyed before the new concrete plays a role, and the reasonable reinforcement thickness is the guarantee of the reinforcement effect. 3. The finite element model analyzes the bonding reinforcement technology, and it is concluded that with the increase of the thickness of the reinforced steel plate, the reinforcement effect is more obvious. When the full arch is strengthened, compared with other sections, the reinforcement effect of steel plate reinforcement on the middle span section is more obvious. Steel box arch reinforcement has great influence on structural stiffness and stress, but little effect on axial force and bending moment. 4. The finite element model is used to analyze the steel plate-carbon fiber cloth reinforcement method, and it is concluded that the reinforcement method is equivalent to turning the arch ribs into variable section arch, so that the advantages of steel plate and carbon fiber sheet can be brought into play, with the increase of the thickness of steel plate and carbon fiber cloth, The more obvious the reinforcement effect is, the less the influence of the thickness of lateral steel plate on the reinforcement effect is.
