瀝青混合料碳排放計算模型及分級標準研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面作為道路工程的重要組成部分,是帶動社會和經濟發(fā)展的動脈。在目前國際社會資源、環(huán)境問題越發(fā)嚴重的背景下,瀝青路面由于其建設期的能耗高、溫室氣體排放量大等環(huán)境問題已越來越引起國內外的普遍重視。然而目前多采用定性方法分析瀝青路面建設碳排放,定量分析與評價體系匱乏,,節(jié)能減排效果無法明確,這在一定程度上導致瀝青路面節(jié)能減排技術的推廣和應用受到阻礙。論文主要針對瀝青混合料建設過程中的二氧化碳大量排放而展開的,建立瀝青混合料碳排放評價體系。 論文通過對瀝青混合料的生產、運輸、攤鋪及碾壓等不同環(huán)節(jié)碳排放量展開詳細調研,確定影響瀝青混合料碳排放量的主要環(huán)節(jié)以及各個主要環(huán)節(jié)的主要參數指標;根據瀝青混合料碳排放主要環(huán)節(jié),依據工程實際生產現狀以及理論計算方法,建立合適的碳排放計算模型,并據此提出瀝青混合料碳排放的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)為集料加熱、瀝青脫桶加熱和拌合站的拌合過程。根據低碳減排目標,通過對多條瀝青路面現場施工標段的調查以及數據處理分析,按照瀝青混合料碳排放量權衡比較情況及其對環(huán)境造成的影響程度,并結合數理統(tǒng)計方法和層次分析法,確定瀝青混合料碳排放量分級標準及范圍,將其劃分為輕度排放(A)、中度排放(B)、重度排放(C)三個等級。論文依據瀝青混合料現階段的生產施工狀況,提出相應的低碳減排技術措施。 研究成果可以對瀝青混合料的碳排放進行有效的評價,實現路面由高碳排放建設模式向低碳排放建設模式的轉化,有利于資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型交通系統(tǒng)的建立,具有的良好的工程應用前景和社會經濟效益。
[Abstract]:As an important part of road engineering, asphalt pavement is the artery to promote social and economic development. Under the background of more and more serious resources and environmental problems in the international community, asphalt pavement has attracted more and more attention at home and abroad because of its high energy consumption and large greenhouse gas emissions. However, at present, most of the qualitative methods are used to analyze the carbon emissions of asphalt pavement construction, the quantitative analysis and evaluation system is scarce, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is not clear, which leads to the promotion and application of asphalt pavement energy saving and emission reduction technology is hindered to a certain extent. Aiming at the carbon dioxide emission in the process of asphalt mixture construction, the evaluation system of carbon emission from asphalt mixture is established in this paper. Through the detailed investigation of carbon emissions from different links, such as production, transportation, paving and rolling of asphalt mixture, the main links affecting carbon emission of asphalt mixture and the main parameter indexes of each link are determined in this paper. According to the main links of carbon emission of asphalt mixture, according to the actual production situation and theoretical calculation method of the project, a suitable calculation model of carbon emission is established, and the key link of carbon emission of asphalt mixture is aggregate heating. According to the target of low carbon emission reduction, through the investigation and data processing analysis of several asphalt pavement site construction marks, the carbon emissions of asphalt mixture are weighed and compared according to the degree of impact on the environment. Combined with mathematical statistics method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the classification standard and range of carbon emission from asphalt mixture are determined, and they are divided into three grades: mild emission of (A), moderate emission of (B), severe emission of (C). According to the production and construction situation of asphalt mixture at this stage, the corresponding technical measures of low carbon emission reduction are put forward in this paper. The research results can effectively evaluate the carbon emission of asphalt mixture, and realize the transformation from high carbon emission construction mode to low carbon emission construction mode, which is beneficial to the establishment of resource-saving and environment-friendly transportation system. It has a good prospect of engineering application and social and economic benefits.
