綜合客運樞紐換乘銜接方案設計與評價
[Abstract]:The integrated passenger transport hub is the product of the common development of the city and the mode of transportation to a certain stage. Large-scale integrated passenger transport hubs are generally based on railways, highways and air transfer hubs, based on the developed urban internal transport network, and centralized layout of bus stations, rail transit stations, taxi stations, social parking lots, etc. The main function is to realize the smooth, fast and convenient flow of people, and to improve the degree of comfort where possible. At present, many big cities in China have carried out the overall layout planning of comprehensive passenger transport hub, and have entered the stage of large-scale construction. In sharp contrast to the rapid development of construction, due to the restriction of the leading management system of our country, there is often a lack of unified planning in the transfer and connection of various modes in the integrated passenger transport hub. The connection between the external traffic mode and the internal traffic mode of the hub is not smooth, the transfer distance is long, the transportation capacity is not matched, and the passengers are stranded for a long time. How to realize the efficient and reasonable transfer connection between the traffic modes in the hub has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the transfer connection method of passenger transport hub is studied from two aspects of transfer connection organization and transportation capacity matching planning, and the design scheme is evaluated comprehensively. First of all, through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each connection layout mode and transfer mode, based on the concept of "people-oriented, flow-oriented", from railway passenger transport hub and highway passenger transport hub, From the point of view of air passenger transport hub, a feasible design scheme of transfer organization mode is given. Secondly, under the design principle of taking into account the interests of passengers and operators, based on the comprehensive transportation capacity calculation model of external and internal traffic mode of passenger hub, a transportation capacity matching planning method based on dominant mode is proposed. Thirdly, the factors that affect the safety, convenience, timeliness and availability of hub transfer are studied, and the evaluation index system of hub transfer connection scheme is put forward according to the hierarchical structure of "goal-quasi-test-index". The definition and calculation method of each index are given. Based on the characteristics of extenics in dealing with contradictory problems and the combination of quality and quantity, a comprehensive evaluation method of transfer connection scheme based on extension is proposed. Finally, the theoretical results obtained in this paper are applied to Liaoyang Central passenger Station to verify its accuracy and practical maneuverability.
