水泥混凝土路面平整度控制研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面具有強度高、穩(wěn)定性好、耐久性好、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點,在交通事業(yè)建設(shè)發(fā)展中逐漸得到重視。平整度是衡量路面質(zhì)量好壞的重要指標(biāo),而影響平整度的因素是多方面的,在整個水泥混凝土路面從最初的勘察、設(shè)計到后面的施工養(yǎng)護等,每個環(huán)節(jié)都對平整度有一定程度的影響,致使路面平整度難以控制,這對行車速度、舒適性、平穩(wěn)性有較大的影響。本文依托于內(nèi)蒙古準興重載水泥高速公路,結(jié)合工程實踐與相關(guān)試驗,對水泥混凝土路面平整度控制進行了研究。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1.從設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)力水平及施工等方面初步分析了影響路面平整度的因素,,對國內(nèi)現(xiàn)存的路面平整度測量方法與測量指標(biāo)進行了分析對比,提出研究水泥路面硬化過程中平整度的必要性和可行性,并詳細論述了四輪儀檢測系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理。 2.設(shè)計了水泥混凝土路面硬化過程中和硬化后的平整度試驗方案,并進行了現(xiàn)場試驗,運用Origin軟件對采集的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析和處理,得出路面平整度的變化情況,據(jù)此找出超出范圍的凹凸點或平面,可以及時的在水泥混凝土路面硬化過程中對路面不平處進行修復(fù),取得了較好的效果。通過分析路面硬化后至通車前的平整度變化可以反映處出外界環(huán)境對路面縱向平整度的影響。 3.分別從基層、基準線、混凝土運輸、混凝土布料、模板的安裝、混凝土的攤鋪工藝、抹面與飾面等方面與平整度的關(guān)系出發(fā),研究其如何對路面平整度造成影響的并提出了相應(yīng)的提高路面平整度的措施,為以后的混凝土路面施工提供理論支持和實際操作指導(dǎo)。 4.分析了影響路面平整度的常見病害(麻面、塌邊及裂縫)的產(chǎn)生原因與防治,并提出了減小或消除這三種病害對平整度影響的方法。
[Abstract]:Cement concrete pavement has the advantages of high strength, good stability, good durability and long service life. Flatness is an important index to measure the quality of pavement, and the factors that affect smoothness are various. In the whole cement concrete pavement, from initial survey, design to construction and maintenance, and so on, Each link has a certain degree of influence on the smoothness, which makes the pavement smoothness difficult to control, which has a great impact on the driving speed, comfort and stability. In this paper, based on the Inner Mongolia Junxing heavy-duty cement highway, combined with engineering practice and related tests, the control of cement concrete pavement flatness is studied. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1. The factors affecting pavement flatness are analyzed from the aspects of design, productivity level and construction, and the existing measurement methods and indexes of pavement flatness in China are analyzed and compared. This paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of studying evenness in the hardening process of cement pavement, and discusses in detail the structure and principle of the testing system of four-wheel instrument. 2. The flatness test scheme of cement concrete pavement during and after hardening is designed, and the field test is carried out. The collected data are analyzed and processed by using Origin software, and the change of pavement smoothness is obtained. On the basis of finding out the out-of-range concave and convex points or plane, it is possible to repair the unevenness of the cement concrete pavement in the process of hardening in time, and good results have been obtained. The influence of the external environment on the longitudinal flatness of pavement can be reflected by analyzing the change of pavement roughness from hardening to opening. 3. From the base, base line, concrete transportation, concrete cloth, formwork installation, concrete spreading technology, the relationship between flatness and plastering and finishing, etc. This paper studies how to influence pavement flatness and puts forward corresponding measures to improve pavement evenness, which provides theoretical support and practical operation guidance for the future construction of concrete pavement. 4. The causes and prevention of common diseases (such as hemp surface, edge collapse and crack) affecting pavement flatness are analyzed, and the methods to reduce or eliminate the influence of these three diseases on flatness are put forward.
