基于室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)的瀝青混合料離析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:在室內(nèi)設(shè)計了無離析、輕度、中度、重度和細(xì)集料離析5種不同離析程度的瀝青混合料,測定了不同離析混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性、水穩(wěn)定性及力學(xué)強(qiáng)度特性,定量分析了不同離析程度對瀝青混合料性能的影響,并建立了基于路用性能的混合料離析評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果表明:離析對混合料的路用性能有顯著影響;與無離析混合料相比,當(dāng)混合料發(fā)生中度和重度離析后,其高溫穩(wěn)定性顯著下降,混合料剝落點(diǎn)處的車轍深度分別增加52.8%、51.8%,-10℃時的間接拉伸強(qiáng)度分別下降30.9%、42.8%,抗剪切強(qiáng)度分別下降45.8%和52.3%;基于路用性能的離析評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可用于指導(dǎo)瀝青混合料非均勻性的定量檢測和評價。
[Abstract]:Five kinds of asphalt mixtures with no segregation, light, moderate, heavy and fine aggregate segregation were designed in the laboratory. The properties of high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance, water stability and mechanical strength of different segregation mixtures were measured. The influence of different segregation degree on the performance of asphalt mixture was analyzed quantitatively, and the evaluation standard of mixture segregation based on road performance was established. The results show that segregation has a significant effect on the road performance of the mixture. Compared with the non-segregation mixture, the high temperature stability of the mixture decreased significantly after moderate and severe segregation, and the rut depth at the peeling point of the mixture increased by 52.8% and 51.8%, respectively.
