【摘要】：為對高速公路入口自適應(yīng)性超限檢測站進行經(jīng)濟性估算,采用階段預(yù)測方法建立成本節(jié)約估算模型,分析收費站入口貨車延誤影響因素,形成入口延誤時間節(jié)約估算方法;引入TTI模型估算路段客貨車延誤成本節(jié)約,依據(jù)實際道路交通情況,分析并得出養(yǎng)護成本節(jié)約估算方法;結(jié)合自適應(yīng)性超限檢測站的投資建立有效的成本節(jié)約估算模型,將各項節(jié)約項目進行量化.該估算模型可從經(jīng)濟角度為自適應(yīng)性超限檢測站的設(shè)置提供理論支持.
[Abstract]:In order to estimate the economy of the self-adaptive out-of-limit detection station of expressway entrance, the cost saving estimation model is established by using the stage prediction method, and the influencing factors of the entrance truck delay at the toll station are analyzed, and the time saving estimation method for the entrance delay is formed. The TTI model is introduced to estimate the delay cost saving of road passenger trucks. According to the actual road traffic situation, the maintenance cost saving estimation method is obtained. Combined with the investment of self-adaptive out-of-limit detection station, an effective cost-saving estimation model is established, and the cost-saving items are quantified. The model can provide theoretical support for the setting of self-adaptive out-of-limit detection stations from the economic point of view.
